We have been buying products from Chewy for the past 12 years. They have always arrived on time and been high quality. Our little fur baby just took his journey to cross rainbow bridge and Chewy reimbursed us for the case of food we had not used. In addition to this they sent a bouquet of flowers in memory of our beloved pet. We can't think of any company who could be so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time. We are grateful beyond words.

I contacted Chewy as I had ordered a prescribed medication for my dog Tucker who had been having problems with his hind legs joint pain and trouble getting up and down, unfortunately it turned out to be his spine and we had to put him to sleep, so I contacted Chewy in hopes to return the medication that was do for delivery the same day and talked with a Chewy pharmacist who was compassionate and caring and told me to just dispose of the medication and they refunded me the whole purchased price , I couldn't believe it that a company could be so caring it made a big difference to me on one of my hardest days for someone to show me such kindness and true compassion, so I just wanted to let everyone know that Chewy is Amazing,and really does care about each and everyone of their customers. I’ve been using Chewy for years .They are the best .My black lab Ellie recently passed .A very sad time .The company canceled all my orders coming in .On top of that they send me a beautiful bouquet of flowers.❤️❤️

Customer service experience lasted less than 5 minutes. I genuinely barely had to lift a finger and representative even asked how my pet was doing. The bar is so low for customer service that something as simple as that made me so pleased. They knew exactly what to do. Chewy, if you’re reading this, it’s worth every $ spent on these reps. Other places, I would dread calling because it takes 30 mins out of my day. Thank you truly 💕

Today after work, I received a package from Chewy though I had not ordered anything. Inside was a card and a gorgeous little stone with my cat Pierre's name painted on it with purple and pink hearts painted on the side.The card from Sarra and Chewy. It was such a personable thing to do after they found out he passed. When my cat Callie passed, they sent beautiful flowers. They are always prompt with orders and anytime I have called, everyone is so pleasant.

We have been using Chewy for some items for a long time. Recently we ordered some dog food for our wonderful senior dog. Just after it was delivered, our most beautiful boy died unexpectedly. It was, and still is heart breaking to loose a good and so loving friend. I had put the food on auto shipping so I had to call and cancel future orders. I told Chewy about his passing suddenly and the customer service lady was very kind. A few days later we found a bouquet of flowers and a sweet, caring card from Chewy at our door. What a wonderful company to send that to us! Thank you Chewy!! It meant a lot to us both! Our boy would have loved them too.
