I've used chewy for years. I place an order twice each month. Chewy is great. I love the fast shipping. However, chewy uses Fed-Ex for delivery. They're not so good. They leave my boxes by the road (rain or shine) for anyone to pick up. I've received boxes with ants in them, boxes soaked from the rain that fall apart, ect. I've contacted FedEx several times. My complaints, fall on deaf ears. For this reason, I have chosen to stop using chewy. I now use Amazon. They bring my orders to the door. I've found some cheaper prices too.

First and foremost, we love Chewy. I do have a question about the boxes that we receive our 35 lb dog food in. The handles on those boxes are inside the box and serve no purpose to the delivery person or the client. Thank you.

I have used chewy for a really long time for my cats, dogs, and birds. Having my supplies delivered on a regular schedule is fantastic for me. The reason not 5 star is because they use FedEx and FedEx is the absolute WORST. Often I will get text message that my order is arriving that day and it does not. They lie and say delivery was attempted. They will also claim that you rescheduled the delivery.

Great client service and support. I just don't like their Pharmacy selections and prices for doggy items (last time I bought chewable tables and only later I've noticed that in pharmacy it cost way cheaper....).

I go to Chewy for most of my pet supplies because they are decently priced and everything is really good quality and shipping is usually quick. They surpassed my expectations when I got an order missing one small part of the order. They responded to my email within 15 mins and had the replacement shipped out immediately. Thank you Chewy for being quick and for being the only company I've ever emailed that responded same day! You guys are amazing!

Everything is ok except there is a huge hole in my bird feed it looks like something to a bite of of it and of course the bird seeds were all over the package

I am very happy ordering from Chewy.com. I don't drive and have to depend on others to get groceries. I am 86 and do not go out often. The convenience of having pet food delivered is wonderful. I don't save a lot of money but do save some. When I call I get to talk to a real live person and never have I been put on hold. Ordering on line is easy and I can check what I ordered on previous orders. The "real people" that I have spoken to are very helpful and pleasant

Chewy has improved greatly! They now use ups and I get my items on time! Please don't ever go back to FedEx
