I was happy to find Chewy online because I moved from FL where I bought my dog food from a store. After moving to an isolated area in NC, there are no stores that sell that brand anywhere near where I live, so it makes it hard to buy it. Having the ability to order online, and set-up an automatic refill makes so much sense and what a relief that our dogs will have good food, and I won't have to drive all over the place just to buy it. I am so happy to have found this site!

Quick, fast easy

The service was quick. Although Fed Ex misplaced my package, I received a replacement package very quickly with no hassles. More importantly, dog lives the food!
