I was a first time user and my product came on time and website was very easy to use, plus if you have an account, you just enter information or set up scheduled deliveries. I have just ordered again for more products and I am sure I will just as pleased.

This company made sure to CALL me right away when they realized there was a problem with my order. The day after I placed an order for a large bag of dog food I received a phone call from chewy.com letting me know that they no longer had that item in stock. They called to tell me they were sending me 5 smaller bags of the same food instead to replace the one larger bag I had ordered. I appreciated this because an actual person took the time out to contact me and let me know of this problem and the solution they came up with, which prevented a delay in shipping. I appreciate chewy.com for this amazing customer service. And I will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you for caring about your customers!
