Satisfied with the Sojos dog food. Great price and speedy delivery!

I try to order dog food online as much as possible, but the cost of shipping can be horrible! Chewy's prices and their shipping is great- my stuff came quickly and I knew from the time I placed my order what the status of my order was. I have been recommending Chewy to all of my pet owner friends!

Heading says it all. Except worth elaborating on is the fact that one case of the three I ordered arrived with many heavily dented cans (cannot be opened with the can opener). Since none of the other two cases were damaged, and since the outside shipping box was also undamaged, I am left to conclude that the damage occurred BEFORE the shipment left Chewy. Nevertheless, when I contacted Customer Service they responded within 2 hours of my email, and informed me that a new case of hopefully non-dented cans, would be sent that day...which has in fact occurred.

Chewy.com had each of the products I was looking for and their prices were on target. My neighbor and I combined orders to receive free shipping. What really struck me as exceptional customer service was the email I received regarding Hurricane Sandy. They explained that the shipment may be delayed due to the storm, but they were working to ensure prompt delivery. I received my order as originally scheduled. I wasn't expecting that, so it was a pleasant surprise. I will be a regular customer.

The experience was simple and easy from start to finish. Quick shipping with email updates and the product arrived fresh.
