Even in the inclement weather mr.chewy managed to ship nearly overnight!! Love the option for auto shipments. Not having to worry about running out to search for stores that carry our brand (Fromm adult complete) makes everything just a little easier.

I have order pet food from other online stores and it cost more and takes longer to arrive. Now that I have found chewy.com., I will not be ordering from anyone else.

We ordered a brand of cat litter we prefer but can't get in local stores. It shipped within a day and was here within the week, in good shape. Can't complain about that.

I discovered Chewy.com after becoming concerned about feeding my beloved kitties a common, named brand cat food instead of the high quality, more natural food that they deserve. After doing some online searching and finding chewy.com, I made some decisions and ordered two cases of Nature's Variety "Instinct" in duck and rabbit. I also ordered some Evo Wild Cravings treats and several other healthy snacks. I'm lucky because our cats are not finicky but they have taken to this food like gang busters. The extra cost is well worth it and the free shipping on larger orders was the final drawing card. My ordered arrived a day ahead of what I expected too.

My package got sent back in error and I was really upset but called and received outstanding customer service and they fixed the problem immediately. I will definatley shop with them again.

I compared chewy to a couple competitors and found the food I selected for my kittens cheaper, not to mention the coupons and savings opportunity with auto delivery. I'm glad I found chewy and the selection is outstanding.

Website was easy to navigate. Was easy to enter our shipping & billing info. Food was well packaged in boxes & was good, sealed, vacuum packed bags inside, just like the pet store, but 75% the price. The free fedex shipping arrived quickly. Doesn't appear any scam or spam associated with order, so I'd order from them again...

Had to but a big bag to get free shipping but that is not unusual. The dog food is what my rescue enjoys so we will keep it tightly closed to keep it freshness. The delivery far exceeded what they suggested might be the time., Would purchase another 30 pound bag from them in 3 months.
