Very prompt and courteous service. They called to tell me they were out of stock on one of the items I ordered. They suggested a substitute and three days later my package was at my doorstep. Seems to be a reliable and fairly priced company.

The online customer service rep helped me get the most for my money for the animals affected by Hurricane Sandy! Im telling anyone who will listen to use this site!!

It was easy to order my dog's food, and it came quickly as stated. The first time purchase discount really helped--it would be nice if they offered other discounts for returning customers.

I placed an order for the 29.7lb bag of Orijen Regional Red through Chewy.com after seeing that it was out of stock and not available for purchase on many other retail sites. Apparently it was also out of stock on Chewy.com but rather than cancelling my order or waiting till it was in stock to fulfill it, Chewy.com called and told me that they were sending me six 5.5lb bags and that my order will be shipping immediately. My doggy was running out of food so Chewy.com was a lifesaver. I was very impressed with Chewy.com's customer service because it felt like I was dealing with people rather than a website. The way they handled my order was beyond my expectations for not only an online retailer, but any retailer in general. I will recommend them highly to anyone who has a pet and will definitely use them again!

It's an easy website to find what we were looking for. The prices were low and the shipping was free after we spent the minimum. It arrived the very next day. That alone was beyond our expectations!

I purchased Stella & Chewy here and decided to try Honest Kitchen for the 1st time. My pup is a very finicky eater and so far eats all of it! I haven't told him it's good for him too. The delivery came the next day I think, super fast and it was free. The food here is more affordable than shopping around my neighborhood. I will keep buying from here.
