On time delivered home cheaper then my local pet food store.

I am very pleased with Chewy, both the service and the products. Last Christmas my 12-year-old beagle was given a Chewy toy. When she passed away in March, we adopted a beagle mix and a pekingese mix. The pekingese LOVED the toy so much that I recently purchased another just like the first. Toys are extremely durable, and I have washed and dried the original one with no problems. Thanks for a good product.

I ordered old standbys from Chewy: Evo and Fancy Feast. Their website was easy to use, prices were good, and shipping was quick. There were problems with the way my order was packed, and they took care of my concerns within a day. I have a reorder subscription with them. I look forward to being their customer on a long-term basis.

Low on biscuits (how could they forget to order!) and when they arrived so quickly I got into my act of sitting erect and begging nicely. Paid off! Simply devour my snap biscuits! Love Jet

As a new customer to Chewy.com I now order my specialty dog food that I can't buy in pet stores for my 4 Australian Shepherds. Chewy.com prices were almost $10 less for the same food as all other places I could find it. Also, with signing up for scheduled delivery, there are no shipping fees AND I don't have to remember to buy dog food! It just automatically comes exactly when we need it. You can also change the items delivered, when it's delivered or add items at anytime by just signing into your account! So simple and easy! Thank you Chewy.com for helping this busy mom to not worry about about at least one more thing! Keep up the great work!! :)))

My order was received in 2 days with standard shipping. They box ed and shipped fast,thank you. In addition a portion of my order went to help train medical service dogs for service members. What a great cause, I will deffintally order again.

This was an easy site to use and they were prompt with the order. My only criticism would be they could have shipped it in a much smaller box and maybe saved a few pennies.
