Great customer service and great products!

I wanted to try Prowl dry cat food which is not currently available at the local pet store or through my veterinarian. Chewy.com came up when I googled this product. They have a customer friendly website with easy check out. I decided to buy a couple cases of Science Diet wet cat food at the same time to take advantage of the free shipping offer. Their prices are competitive but best of all: I received my order the next day! I will use this website again and highly recommend it.

My very first order with Chewy was placed online and a customer rep actually called me to tell me that an item that I had ordered was out of stock and gave me several options to replace it. I am used to getting emails or letters telling me that not an actual live person! I am so impressed with this company, this is the only company I will order from!

I received my order less than 24 hours after placing it. Nice especially since my dog was sick and I had to wait for this special food for him. He was only allowed to eat chicken and rice until this came in. He loves it ! Thank you.
