My dog has special diet needs and a customer representative from Chewy spend a lot of time helping me find the right food for my dog. However, my dog did not like the food and he likes everything. I contacted a representative from Chewy and explained the situation. With no questions asked they gave me a full refund for the food and asked me to donate the unused portion to an animal shelter. I didn't even have to mail it back. Now, that's great customer service! The representative recommended another brand of food which I just received today. Scruffy has already been fed today, so I will start him on this new food tomorrow. I hope he likes it.

Ordered 30 lb bag or Orijen Red dog food and b/c they didn't have the 30 lb bag in stock they called and ask if it would be ok to send 6 of the 5 lb bags instead. I thought this was very good customer service instead of just saying out of stock like most do.
