Recently ordered two large bags of dog food and was extremely impressed with the site's ease of navigation, product line and cost. Both bags arrived within a few days a in excellent condition. I will order from this site again and highly recommend it to others.

I had ordered Orijen Dog Food (15 lb bag), and they were currently out, but called me and said instead would send me three 5.5lbs which equals 16.5lb for the same price as the 15lb bag. Very nice and pleasant service and quick delivery.

I ordered treats for my dog, based on the description on the web site. When the product arrived I read the list of ingredients & realized my dog couldn't eat those treats because they contain sugar & he's diabetic. I called to ask about returning the bag of treats & was told that I'd be issued a refund, which I was, and not to send the treats back, to give them away. We live on Long Island, badly hit by Hurricane Sandy & many pets have been lost & abandoned. I gave the treats to a rescue organization to use with the pets they have been rescuing. So, the generosity goes on.
