I was looking for a specialty dog food and Chewy.com had it. They shipped it out immediately and at no charge. They even gave me a discount for placing a standing order. I don't remember the last time I made such an easy purchase. UPDATE (6/30/23): More than 10 years later and I still can't say enough for Chewy.com's customer service. My dog has since passed away (Chewy sent flowers, by the way) and they are now providing for my very picky cat. They're always available with advice and assistance, and - most importantly - a real human being answers the phone. Every time I speak with them, they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. If every company I did business with was even half this good I'd think I had died and gone to heaven.

Chewy has great people who work there they always go that extra mile which is getting harder and harder to find now a day. There representatives give you a feeling that they enjoy spending time helping you. They never rush you or make you think they have better things to do. Too bad we can't bottle some of you customer service and pass it around to other companies they really need it. P.S. It was also nice to speak to someone I believe is in the US without and accent!!
