I ordered a large bag of holistic dog food and a dozen cans. My pet store did not carry the large, duck flavored bag and could not order it. I began to shop online and discovered chewy. I called and asked about their delivery service and was happy to find out it was Fed Ex. I had the entire order in under 3 days. Fast, efficient and great to work with. I can't wait to place my next order!!!

It was to inform me that thgey were out of the 30 lbs bags and wanted know if they could send me 4 15 lbs bag for the same price. I thought that was very nice of them. Placed an order on chewy and received a phone call 30 mins later from chewy saying that the 15 lb bag I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded it to 30 lb bag for the same price. What does this tell me? 1. Excellent customer service: notified me immediately 2. They process orders immediately 3. They ship fast and have the cheapest prices on the internet Go to place for dog food!
