This was my first time using chewys and I have to say they had the lowest price and the dog food was delivered very fast. I will be using them again.

We received excellent service; quick, accurate and honest. Chewy was out of stock on the size of dog food we ordered so they substituted 3 smaller bags which were even a better value than the size we ordered. I ordered the Preference box of dry food since the price was very resonable and two day shipping was offered for free. I recieved the order in two days, but was sent Thrive dry food, and after rechecking the order slip in the box, it did have Preference on it . I called Chewy.com and stated my problem and without hesitation they sent me the Preference I oringinally ordered, and got it the next day! I am extremely pleased with the service and will use Chewy.com in the future!
