i shop certain items on a regular basis and am not particularly tied to anyone. i normally shop price. not only did your company have a very competitive price, you did what you said and exceeded my expectations re: item in stock, and shipping time. based on my initial experience with you guys, i would consider those things in the future when shopping for my pet needs. i also appreciate being able to get a response (e mail or voice) within a resonable period of time....and the person i spoke with is from the US and speaks proper English. Corporate America may not think that means anything however, it means more and more than they think. Thank you Chewy.com for a pleasant, English speaking experience. It was easy to find what I was looking for and it was shipped the next day. I shipped to a different address than my billing address and they called to confirm for security purposes. Great customer service. I will be shopping from them again!
