Chewy lied twice about shipping a urgent prescription food for my dog with acute pancreatitus. I ordered on the 13th and noticed the next day it was not shipped so chatted and they claimed they were still within the 1-3 days and that it would DEFINELY ship by the 16th. Here is it the 16th and no shipping so I call and the lady then cleaims it is is still within the 72 hours and slow with holidays (gee i guess everyone buying presents for the pets?!). When I point on that I am looking on the site and it clearly states ordered on the 13th, she then lies and say no it is acutally the 14th and that is wrong. I am so upset since i only have one can left and he will start bleeding if eats the wrong food. Chewy acts all cute but whenever you need help or anything they just lie and make excuses. Buy from elsewhere locally if you can,

Ordered $300 in cat food. Came in fine. Cats refused to eat it (picky brats). Called chewy. They wanted it shipped back. Sent label, shipped it. Took 3 calls and 2 weeks to get a credit. I should not have to make 3 calls to get a refund.

Chewy is great until you have a problem. I was on with customer service 3 times this past week about an autoship issue. The first guy never answered my question. The second guy blatantly lied to me about my order being shipped. The third lady kept saying "I'm so sorry" but offered nothing to compensate for the fact that I was running out of food in 1-2 days and wouldn't be able to have it delivered before that since I was lied to beforehand. When I told her I would probably have to cancel all autoship's and find it locally, she still didn't offer anything. She didn't care that I was leaving for good.

I have been waiting for Chewy to once again offer there $30.00 off $100.00 incentive since the last time this was available they were out of my products. So, I wanted to order 5 bags of litter, but could only order 4. I then ordered another product to get to my $100.00 purchase. When I tried to enter the code it wouldn't allow me to do so. It didn't indicate which item was not part of their qualifying purchase. So, I figured I'd just place my order, and reach out to customer service. Customer service reached out to me, and explanined the item I bought wasn't a qualifying item. No where did I see this. Not a Happy Customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure what is going on with them lately. We are on day 8 and my order has not shipped. I have called and talked to 2 different people and all they say is in process it should be going out, well it’s still in process. Had to buy something else at petsmart because my dogs use American Journey which is a food made by Chewy. Now all 3 have diarrhea and tummy aches. I have asked for higher management to look at this order but still nothing so I had my friend place an order for me using his account and guess what it says it will arrive today but my order is still processing. This doesn’t make sense and I am not ok with this. Very disappointing since they say the care about pets but I guess not mine? I buy a lot from chewy but it’s becoming to be more of an annoyance than a convenience to shop online.

I spent FORTY minutes with CHEWY trying to order a dog sweater. When I couldn't order online, I called customer service. TWICE. For whatever reason, Chewy doesn't want mY business! Every other pet shop, including Pet smart, Knick knack Paddywack and Global takes my money. Chewy can't set up an account for me, because it says I have an account, BUT I DONT!!!!! So, if you do, or don't have an account with Chewy, go somewhere else, where you aren't so confused about buying a DOG SWEATER. After that waste of time with Chewy, I ordered one sweater from Petsmart, and a nice jacket on Amazon!!! No problem. Chewy, good riddance. Moronic way to run an online business.
