I ordered a 29lb bag of dog food. The manufacturer had a fire in their factory which destroyed a machine and therefore would not be able to supply the dog food for several months. Chewy had smaller bags in stock and sent me six 5lb bags along with the canned food ordered and it arrived without any delay or at any additional cost to me. I call that excellent service an will continue to use Chewy to meet my pet needs.

I searched the Internet for solutions to my cat's problem of possible diabetes and hair loss. While searching, I ran across Ellen DeGeneres product line for animals and that Halo Chicken formula would be good for my cat. I do not have anything favorable to do with Ellen, but her foods are a wonderful help for animals, specifically, my cat, and Mr. Chewy service make a great combination. (I wonder if they're both gay?) NOBODY had a price more reasonable for Halo than Mr.Chewy. (Nobody is paying me to say this, either!) As usual with changing foods, cats puke a lot.
