Customer service was very good and delivery was faster than I expected.

After my first time using Chewy.com, I am left wondering why anyone would ever go to the store again. The service was outstanding (my order arrived two days after placing it,) the food was delivered to my door (therefore saving both my time and my gas,) and last but not least, the cost was less than at my local pet store. All this AND free shipping. Thank you Chewy.com ..... you have a new and a happy customer!

I was turned on to Chewy by my best friend who said how much easier it was to have her pet food delivered right to her house (yea, she has 3 dogs & 8 cats!!!!) so I took her advice. I set up a recurring delivery on a Thursday afternoon during our lunch break & my dog food was delivered that Saturday! I was ecstatic, but not as much as my hounds! See, their favorite food has been on back order at our local pet store because there was a fire at the warehouse of the petfood plant. Chewy.com was able to fulfill our request and that's enough for me. But, not only did they fulfill it, they exceeded my expectations by having it delivered so quickly and at a discount. We're all quite happy!

Just received my first shipment of dog and cat food that I set up to receive every few weeks. Only one pet store near us carries the dog food my dog eats, price keeps going up and up. So happy to find Chewy.com with reasonable prices and the ability to set up automatic deliveries for our family pets :)

I was searching on line for a dog food supplier for my kennel and retail business and was not happy with any that I had found until I came upon Chewy.com. Easy to order and when I made an error a simple phone call was all that was needed to correct my mistake. Shipping was amazingly fast. Will use them again.

I needed to buy a "light" canned dog food for my dogs and a local store that carried what I needed was just too expensive.
