Your website was user-friendly. I like that I received email updates about my order and shipping status. I received my products in a very timely fashion. I appreciate the professional and efficient manner of processing my order.

Competitive pricing, speedy service, accurate order completion. Superb! It beats standing in a line at a store behind slow-witted morons and their ill behaved kids (and untrained crotch-sniffing dogs). It beats trying to find then deal with staff that know nothing about animal nutrition. It beats finding parking at a strip-mall, walking through nasty weather (Wisconsin) only to find the store changed it's hours or the doors aren't opened on time. All this and better pricing, too. Shoot, it's a no-brainer.

Great prices, great customer service. I had a fabulous experience even when I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Which I totally blame on the manufacturer and their packaging and not due to my aging eyes :). , When I called to see about returning and reordering, The customer service rep was very understanding and helpful credited me for the cat food that I accidentally ordered and reset the puppy food. I received it within a day or two. I then donated to the local animal shelter the 11 pound bag of cat food. I've told at least five friends about the website & my experience since.

The canned food arrived in great condition just in time because I ran out of the canned food that day. A few days later the dry food was delivered. I don't have to go shopping for cat food, hoping the only store that carried "Taste of the Wild Cat Food" was even in stock in the store. I did not sign up for the automatic delivery, because "days" or "weeks" were too short of a period. I ordered 24 cans of canned cat food, and 15 lbs of dry food. I need like "months" of time before our two cats would even put a dent in that much cat food.

I found your website through bark box. The site was easy to use and i found exactly what i was looking for. My package got to me quickly and that was over a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving).

I called Chewy to see if I could expedite my order, as it required an Rx signature from the vet. The woman who helped me told me to call my vet & have them fax along with the order #, rather than wait for Chewy to fax the vet. I couldn't believe that my order shipped the same day, as it was the day before Thanksgiving. Received the order 7 days later, delivered to my door and saved BIG! Thank you Chewy (and my Vet) for the awesome service!!!
