They use fed ex. They place your order in a state that's 20 hours away Ocala FL or Texas. When there's a huge wharehouse in the state I live in. If you contact customer service they will let you know there's nothing they can or will do. Last order they said you have to do what's best for your fur babies in email so they are not concerned with losing business. They have plenty of others that are on the hook. Use another pet site .

Customer service is no help. We run a rescue and can’t get meds for our dogs. So sad …

Terrible service. They ship through FedEx and they put packages right in middle of the step so anyone driving by can see you have a package and try to steal it. FedEx is one of the worst shipping companies there is. This time of year people drive around and look for packages like that. Seems like a shipping company could be more responsible and hire reliable people to do a job.

They have canceled my order the past 3 times for no reason. They refuse to respond to me regarding the orders. If they don't want people to use the auto ship discount, then they need to stop offering them. I have since found a reliable supplier for my pet supplies. But be warned. Just because your order goes through, doesn't mean they will honor and ship it.

Last month I received a shipment of litter and a 24 pack of cat food. There is zero packing materials in there so of course the jostling sent the cat food all over the box. Chewy was very gracious and sent me a new cat food but I said I don’t want this to happen again or I’m going to have to shop elsewhere. Well, of course my AutoShip the following month which I received today was even worse zero packing and the litter opened up all over the box and all over it dispute out cat cans. And it rained so of course everything clumped all over the damn cans. They were again gracious to offer a refund, but I don’t want a refund. I want my product delivered in one piece. And then had the nerve to blame FedEx. I’m done

Worst company in the world. Orders don't come on time and customer service doesn't help. Now Everytime I order it says order can't be shipped till I talk with customer service. I call them they say I'm good to go order will ship out soon and it doesn't. Days go by I keep getting emails that I need to talk to customer service for my order to ship. They are useless and obviously have no clue what they are doing. I have never had such horrible service and I work in customer service. My neighbors try to order and get same issues I am.
