I recently had adopted a shelter dog and was to pick him up just after Thanksgiving but tragically the kennel cough he left the shelter with turned into pneumonia and he died before i could bring him home. He died the very day that a big order of doggie stuff from Chewy's was to arrive. I called customer service sobbing and explained what had happened and they were SO incredible!! They told me to just refuse the order and they took it right back and credited my account. In today's mail i got a beautiful sympathy card. That is really above and beyond the call of duty. When i get another dog i will definitely buy everything from Chewy.com and will always recommend them. These folks really CARE!!
