I placed my order on Monday morning (11/26/12) and the packages arrived on Thursday afternoon. Order was 100% correct, dry dog food is fresh ('best by' date of October 2013) and properly packaged to protect it during shipping. I highly recommend Chewy.com based on my experience with them - good folks!
