Very bad. I made an order, it got paused because they needed confirmation and then after telling me it’ll be processed in 24hrs and shipped 1-3 days, they take 3 days to start processing the order when it should have been delivered out already. HORRRIBLE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

My dog need urinary care food. I put order there. They told me they need the Vet clinic info of my dog, and request the Vet approval. So I provided to them. They informed me that they sent request to My Vet and wait for approval. I checked with the Vet, but Chewy never sent them the Request. Chewy just canceled my order?! Forget about Chewy, order from other places will make life much easier!

2 external dog collars sent to us both have cartridge problem 4 e mails sent for refund no return attachment sent to us so no possible refund for $107.++ they were polite in the phone and in e mails but at the end we just wasted the above money down the drain will never call again and would not recommend ordering in line

My household has multiple people that made an individual account for their own pets, Chewy just cancelled all of our orders because "only 1 person per household can have the new customer discount" a rule that doesnt exist in any of the Terms and Conditions. Customer service did 45min of searching for an explanation only to come back with "Its not anywhere on our site but we can change the terms whenever we like".

Chewy refuses returns. It seems they say I ordered a different item than I believe I did. They refused a return just becasue their pharmacy approved my order. So I spent hundreds for something I didnt really order. Even if I did mistakenly order incorrectly I feel a return should be accepted. Be careful dealing with Chewy. They lost this customer.

Absolutely terrible. This is my worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased an item with 12 month full refund warranty. It broke after 8 months so I sent it back. They never refunded me. I called customer service many times and they were not helpful. So I ended up losing the item since I sent it back AND I didn’t get my money back!! Robbery!

The worst customer service I’ve received. One representative helped then called later and the same info I was inquiring they couldn’t verify it for me. You sent a prescription and no one sees it. I had to speak to a supervisor so they could verify that 3 hours ago I sent a fax and 3 emails with the prescription. The WORST!

Was a great company until purchased by Petco. As we see with so many acquisitions, when they’re getting beat up by their competition, buy them. Then bring the price back up where they want it. Price just went through the roof, dog food bag volume steadily, declining and they really don’t seem to give a damn. Hopefully some of their suppliers read the read these reviews and reconsider their relationship with them
