I placed a pharmacy order the 10th of January. Priority medication. My vet approved the order yet it’s now the 16th and the medication still has not shipped. Glad my cat is not life dependent on this medication other wise he’d be dead. If you need medication for your furry loved one I highly recommend NEVER ordering from Chewy. Completely unreliable!!!

First of all they have a promotion of spend $100 get $30 back. I order only to find they cancelled my order for being over $100. I called them and was told they needed voice verification and all was good and they were sending it. Waiting and wondering and no email for tracking to find it was apparently cancelled again! 3 emails saying autoship confirmed, but they have now cancelled my order 3 times. Mind you I could have picked items up a couple times now and didn't because I had this order supposedly coming, now I don't know if I'm ever getting it or not. If you want a company completely unreliable this is it. They'll lie and tell you it's on the way then tell you it was cancelled. Last email they told me I'd have to reorder everything by tonight to get the $30. What an absolute joke.

autoship free 1-3 day delivery takes 5 days +! always blamed on the courier service- $50 dollar bag of food every 2 weeks and their remedy is a partial refund ($15) toward the purchase of another bag of food locally? W.T.F?

Double price without notification. On two different occasions our auto ship order was shipped at TWICE the price with NO NOTIFICATION of the price change. They did give me a refund, but I will go to Amazon from now on as they notify the customer if the price increases.

Auto-ships are not being processed as set up. Representatives are RUDE & place the blame for company mistakes on customers. Lie about attempting payment (bank said no attempts by CHEWY). Claim the auto-ship was changed by the customer (it wasn't). Refused to honor the $30 off credit offered because of the last mistake on the order (notes were supposed to be placed in the account & weren't). Refused to honor the current $30 off code which the website would not allow me to use on the order even though the order met the qualifications of said discount code. Bait and switch marketing. The photos of the product online do NOT match what is being shipped to the customer.

Sadly, my latest experience with Chewy was a nightmare. I’ve spent thousands with them. I ordered Nexgard for my dog from them. You give them your vets info for them to get the rx, but just the business name. They sent an email, naming my vet by name (not the business name, but her real name), saying she had approved it. Then they sent me a notice that my vet never approved it. I asked how they knew her name then. No response to it. It’s been almost a month of going back and forth with them. My vet assures me she did approve it. Chewy’s customer service is horrific. I’m deleting the app. For them to hurt my dog by their mistakes, then trying to blame my vet? Oh, and they still have all the money I paid them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I was misled in a promotional deal and so they called me to say they were sorry that I misunderstood their promotional deal but they did donate dog food to 300,000 animals and at the same time they offered to send me what I needed most at the time which was kitty litter because I was in the hospital very sick she also said she was going to include some toys which weren't hurting it but the kitty litter was I needed that immediately she took my address from me she verified it with me everything lo and behold they shipped it to my old address and not to my current address that I gave her so I don't get the package and I have to wait a whole another 3 days for kitty litter which really sucks being that I'm as sick as I am and on my deathbed I shouldn't have to go through all this I will never use chewy again and I hope nobody else has to go through everything I've gone through with chewy in the last 72 hours they shouldn't call people and offer them nothing if they're not going to listen and write down the address correctly and send it to the correct address now there's people at a house getting ready to get a package for animals that has no animals what do you think they're going to do with it they're going to throw it away such a waste anyway I have to go lay back down as I stated before I'm very sick but don't shop chewy.com

Just got a delivery from chewy. I order hundreds of dollars worth of food, litter and treats on a monthly basis for my cats, dog and neighbor ferals. All the cans come smashed up and all the treats come broken and leaking into the box. They pack their items way too heavy and you need to be a bodybuilder to get them into your house. I’ve called dozens of times and they always say they’re going to address the issue and they never do. It’s really unfortunate that I’m going to have to stop ordering from them. What’s going on at Chewy?
