Not only are their prices the cheapest around, but their customer service is excellent! I ordered a harness for our puppy and had to exchange it because it was too big. When I called in to customer service, the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. Not only did I not have to pay for shipping on the second harness they sent out to me, but I didn't have to pay return shipping for the first one. In fact, I didn't have to return it at all! I was told that they would not require me to return the first harness, but rather donate it to the local animal shelter. How amazing is that? First great experience with this company. A++

I've price matched with Walmart, Google, Amazon, and even Priceblink. Chewy.com is, by far, the best pet supply site I've ever come across. The prices cannot be beat, the delivery is fast, the site is easy to navigate, and the customer service is absolutely excellent! I was recruited by my boss, and I've been passing the word around ever since. Keep up the great work Chewy team.

I'd tried two of the competitors plus Amazon before trying Chewy. I found Chewy after reading a positive review on a blog. I am so glad I did! They offer a great variety of premium dog foods for my three rescued doggies, and the prices are always lower than the competition. The website is exceptionally easy to navigate and customer service is way above par. All and all, I am 100% satisfied with Chewy and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent pet products at the lowest price and with terrific customer service.

I am so glad that I found Chewy after buying pet foods at various places online for years. I am impressed by the prices, shipping costs and method and the absolutely BEST customer service I've ever seen. They carry an array of brands and types of pet foods. They obviously care very much about pet health and pet owners needs. You can't go wrong buying from Chewy because they bend over backwards to make sure each order is correct. Chewy.com has BY FAR the best, easiest customer service I've ever experienced with any mail order or retail provider. It can be difficult doing a mail order dog food program (especially when UPS leaves the food in the rain) but chewy has made returns and replacements so simple, there's no excuse not to try it. Everyone should use autoship through chewy.com. Thanks for making pet ownership that much easier!!

I have three dogs and use to spend a lot of time shopping for them at local pet food stores. Chewy is such a time saver. I love the free shipping and my purchase arrives at my front door very quickly. I set up autoship to make things easier on me and have not had any issues. It's very easy to change your ship date and your order. I receive an email reminder that my order is about to be sent, with plenty of time to change or delay. I also like being able to read reviews about the products that I consider buying. I signed up based on someone else's review and how Chewy sends an email when something you have purchased has been recalled. Now I don't feel that I have to pay attention to every news story about dog food recalls. Chewy is proactive and I appreciate that. It nice to just walk out my front door and there is my pet food order. No lugging huge bags of dog food from store to car and car to house. Oh, and it saves me money too...walking through the pet food store I would impulsively purchase "treats" for my guys. I probably save $100 per month just because there is no more "impulse" buying.
