With the help of Chewy.com our move across the country with 3 cats is less stressful. I wanted to start mail order prescription food for my cat with stress induced urinary issues and order 3 harness/leash kits. For some reason my vet took what seemed like forever to get back to Chewy.com. When he did it was late and I was afraid that our order would not be here in time. I spoke with Angel several times and she reassured me that as long as the vet sent the prescription we would be set. They sent the leash/harness kits ahead with no delivery charges and apparently over nighted my cats food...everything with no extra fees. THANK YOU again Chewy and Angel for your reassurances. AWESOME COMPANY!!!

Chewy.com is wonderful, great prices, great service and extremely quick shipping. Also returns are the easiest of any company I have ever used! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for pet purchases. I love their autoship policy and was so impressed by my overall experience with the company I sent them a compliment because they deserve it!!

I was a little sketchy at first ordering from a website I had never heard of before. But we took a chance, we have four ferrets whose smell isn't the most pleasant. So when we found the Pet Odor candles we fell in love. But the price wasn't so hot at a local vets office. When we found them on here for almost half the price we were super excited! Then, we found out free 1-2 day shipping on any order of 49 so we bought almost 60 dollars worth of stuff, not expecting it to really show up in 1-2 days I wasn't going to hold me breath. We ordered on a Thursday evening and received an email Friday morning it had been shipped! Friday evening we received out stuff! It was amazing! We love this site now, its user friendly, its super quick and super easy on the wallet!

i was researching online, trying to find the best deal on my brand of cat litter, I use the Breeze system and love it, it was time to get a supply so to amazon i went. While looking over all the different pricing, i found an incredible deal on Chewy.com? How the heck could i get the stuff so cheap? There's a catch i am sure. Well i decided i needed some of his food too, only the best for Buddy (my cat) so i looked, and sure enough they had his Royal Cain canned food as well and no kidding, so much cheaper than what i get at Petco. Well onto the check out,thinking, man... what am i getting myself into. You know when you hear that something that sounds to good to be true it's NOT! Well, the checkout was a snap and there was no shipping because i had put in a pretty decent order and What? no tax! Well i hit the submit order and thought this is probably going to take a week or more to arrive.. if i get it at all. 1 and a half days later... there it was on my front porch! UFB! (un friggin believable) It was packaged just like i would have gotten from the store, the only difference was 1, i did it from the comfort of my home in 5 minutes, and 2, i saved $49.21 from what i would have paid at Petco. Chewey.com will have all my pet care business from this point on!

My dog did not like the taste or smell of the dog food I purchased , yet since I had opened it I did not think it was feasible to send it back for a refund. I did email the company about it and within an hour I got a reply back stating I would get a full refund and to please take the remaining food to a local shelter. WOW! I have never had customer service like this. I will do business with them in the future and recommend them to others.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for several months. The convenience of having your pet's food and treats delivered to your door at no charge is wonderful! The prices are less expensive than any other on-line pet store. Today they demonstrated the most impressive customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. This morning I found out my dog has food allergies. The vet has recommended a prescription hypoallergenic food. Coincidentally, Saturday I just received my monthly order for her dog food and treats. When I called to let them know, they said they would completely refund my money. Instead of returning the unused product (the bag was never opened), they asked if I would donate it to a local rescue shelter. There is no question I will be a loyal customer to Chewy.com. AND I will recommend them to all my friends!! Thank you Chewy.com. It helped ease the pain of my 600.00 vet bill. : ) AND the good news is I can order the prescription dog food from Chewy.com.

I am fairly new to Chewy.com. My cats like a rather pricey dry food, and Chewy.com's price is the best around (better than Amazon). My first order came in just two days, and the order I placed yesterday morning is on the truck for delivery for today. Can't beat that!
