I have ordered autoship on dog/cat food and treats for about 6 months now and I can say that they carry a wide selection of high quality foods, their service is outstanding and their (free at $49) shipping is lightning fast. AND they are really nice people to deal with if you have any issues. I find their prices fair, no gouging and they stock Orijen which is one of the best foods, if not THE best quality dog and cat food. I live in a dog friendly building and have turned several of my neighbors onto their website. Buy without fear. They are great!

I ordered multiple toys/treats for my Siberian husky puppy for his birthday. I enjoyed purchasing his toys from chewy.com as compared to any other website because of how competitively priced their products are. I didn't receive my package when it was originally intended to arrive, so I contacted customer service. They immediately helped fix the issue. I will be ordering more from this company. Highly recommend!

We just received our second order and are very happy with it. Of course, our three big dogs are more than happy and are eating it all up! We are all very pleased with Chewy.com and plan on coming back again and again. Since our dog developed food allergies, we hunted around online for the best prices for grain free minimal ingredient foods. Needless to say they aren't cheap...but Chewy had fantastic sales and free shipping which made the choice easy. So, we tried them out. Our food arrived fast and in great shape. However, what really made our experience was the customer service. Since our dog loved the food, and it was on a great sale, we asked Scott via chat when the sale would end. Although he didn't have an exact date he was able to give me typical length of sales, how frequent sales occur, etc. It's hands down some of the friendliest, and most helpful customer service I've ever encountered, and they are open 24/7. Whatever you guys and gals at chewy.com are doing it works...keep it up and you'll keep me as a customer for life!

I have been a Chewy customer for about 6 months and have placed two orders. The first arrived very fast and everything was as it should be - perfect. The second order just arrived this afternoon, again in record time. The order had several items packaged in one box including a porcelain pet treat jar. The jar had two quarter sized chips broken off the lip of the jar. This evening I went online to chewy.com, brought up my order and started a chat with a chewy customer service rep. It took a total of 90 seconds to explain the problem and the rep entered a no charge order to replace the broken treat jar. I had a confirming email about 30 seconds later. I make a lot of online purchases and Chewy.com ranks way up my list of excellent internet companies. Product quality, price, service - you usually have to pick two, but Chewy does it all.

As others have written, I was skeptical. But Pinkey the cat had developed food allergies. I wasn't sure what exactly it was.....chicken, seafood, grain, additives...??? So after much research (am a big "googler"...lol) I found Natural Balance L.I.D. (limited ingredients diet) in the duck and also venison flavors at Petco. Pinkey loved it, which was amazing because he is so picky and it solved his skin problems. But it was obscenely expensive!! (and if this sounds like a plug for the food...it is, but only because I hope to help anyone else who may be having the same allergy issues and happens to be reading this). So I set out to find the best mail order price (google is my friend) and did exhaustive research. Chewy.com came up first as carrying my brand and I wish I had just stopped there. Would've saved me a lot of time. Nobody else beat their price and offered free S&H. Plus, I ordered on a Thurs nite and got it Monday! That's FAST!!

chewy.com was the greatest place to order from, it was easy, and you get your order fast, and if you have any problem they help you out in a gracious manor, and i thank them for helping me like that .. there should be more company's like them...thank you..lisa

Chewy.com is awesome! They have the fastest shipping I've ever seen! The products they offer are all high quality at great prices! They sell my cats' food cheaper than anywhere else online or in stores! They also sell my dog's dental chews way cheaper than what the Vet has them priced at! I will truly never order from anywhere else, and I recommend Chewy to all of my friends!
