I usually don't write reviews but just couldn't pass up the opportunity to tell Chewy as well as readers what a great company they are to deal with. I ordered my dog a med. backpack and after 2 days when it arrived found out it was too big. My mistake. I called customers service and he not only credited my money but reordered a smaller size for me. I didn't have to do a thing. He also ask me to donate the med. to a local shelter so I didn't have to worry about sending it back. Got my second backpack within two day. Great company and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Their prices and shipping rates are phenomenal! 1-2 day shipping is free with a $49+ purchase, or 4.95 for anything less than that. I placed an order for a dog crate and crate liner with free 1 day shipping, but realized that I forgot to buy a box of Frontline Plus. I called them and asked if they could waive the $4.95 shipping price and give me the free 1-2 day shipping (my dog is due for her Frontline this weekend) and without any hesitation the representative said "Absolutely!". I placed the order right over the phone and everything was taken care of within minutes. I found this website at random and I'm so glad I did! They are incredible!! I will be buying all my dogs products from them now!

We ordered a dog bed, a slow feed dog bowl and front line on a Monday and they arrived at our home THE NEXT DAY! The prices were excellent and the service was Incredible. We will definitely use Chewy again..

In this day and age, it is a blessing to find a company that believes in integrity and keeping their promises and going the extra mile. I have a dog with lymphoma and the tumors are rampid along the incision line on her belly. She is constantly liking at them and except for a cone, it's impossible to stop her. I am trying a blow up type collar and purchased one for her neck size and one for her belly size. She may end up looking like a doggie ballerina. I was told, even after they are blown up, if they do not work, I can return them and they will pay the shipping back. HUH??? Did I hear right? Yep, I did. I also ordered the dog food I purchase from them on autoship and with them allowing me to use my coupons (another huh moment), the cost is far less than buying it locally. This company is like something out of a fairy tale. Thank goodness there are still retailers like the people who own this company. My father, whose handshake was his word, would be very proud of them and so am I.

I ordered 2 Midwest SUV crates and the one was bent. Instead of making me send it back they asked me to donate which I did. They are an amazing company and will order from them again.

I have been nothing but satisfied with Chewy. Immediate delivery as they promised, and I live in a small town in the middle of Iowa. Within 48 hours of ordering, my 30 lb bag of dog food arrives, and they send it for free! So anytime I need anything for my 2 English Cream Golden Retrievers, Chewy is my go to place. So I ordered a cargo type gate for the back of my SUV, it arrived and all was great with the product, but it just wasn't what I needed and decided that I would return it. So, on a Friday night I decided to contact customer service to see how to go about returning this huge box. Great, polite gentleman handled the call. So I give him all the info about the item, he says okay this amount will be credited back to my acct. Thanks for calling. WAIT!!! Tell me how to return this monster. Oh, please donate it to an animal rescue or shelter. WHAT?! Who does that? Chewy.com does that! Gotta love them!!!!

In general the service is top notch but recently I had an experience that really blew me away. I ordered the wrong dog food and called to find out how to return the box that had just arrived. Instead they had me donate the food to a rescue, refunded me, and sent me the food I should have ordered. How many companies do that...... Only Chewy. Thx Chewy.

I found Chewy.com while searching for food to be delivered as I am basically homebound due to injury/illness and my kitties need their specialties. 3 orange boys, Eli, Peyton, and Couper, all huge cats named after the NFL's Manning brothers and they are the size of football players. (as in knocking over tables, shelves, etc) Chewy. com is beyond great, if a food does not settle with your kitty, they give an instant refund and ask to have it donated to a shelter, which I am doing. Their instant chat 24/7 is perfect, everyone is so nice, and their shipping is so fast. I have recommended Chewy to friends and told my vet's office about you all at Chewy as well. Thank you for the great service, great prices and being there to get my boys' food! I also appreciate that your company supports animal rescue; not enough is being done in this very wealthy country to help our innocent pets. Too many being put down, I cannot imagine the numbers, it makes me sick, and I do all I can to sign petitions, start them, and knowing I am getting my boys' food from a place that also is involved in animal welfare just makes the whole situation even better.
