Aside from having the best prices on the majority of the items I shop for, and auto-ship on the items I purchase on a monthly basis, oh, and free shipping on orders over $50.00, their customer service has to be the best I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Chewy.com ROCKS!

Their prices and selections are great, but the main reason I'm taking time to do this review is to commend their customer service. I've had no better customer service Anywhere, for Anything, Anytime. That's a Triple A rating. My name is James and I whole heartily stand by this review.

I will never buy from another online pet supply store again! The customer service from this company is WONDERFUL! Delivery is always extremely speedy, especially when considering they're sending to rural Wisconsin. I have only tried to return one item and it has been hassle free to say the least! One phone call and my charge was refunded immediately, with only my promise to donate the item to a shelter (which I most certainly will do) ! It is rare to find a company have such a great system! Highly, highly recommend! I'd pay more to use this company, although I doubt I'll ever have to since everything is so reasonably priced.

I have been using chewy.com for the last 6 months or so. Super products and great service. We have had a lot of issues with our schnauzers tummy health so were trying so many various brands. We thought the raw diet was going to work but after trying it from a store near us we had a back-fire and I had already placed an order with chewy.com. Customer service was great....I was shocked that they didn't want the unopened packages back. They just wanted it donated to an animal homeless shelter in our area and then sent us the food that we had found worked. Will never return to another company. Great prices, better than the vet by far. Thanks, Chewy.com

I was a little hesitant to try a new site other than the name brands, but I risked it once and LOVED it! GREAT site and GREAT prices for dog food and treats. My dogs have allergies, etc. so they need "special" expensive food, so finding a great deal for my pups is always refreshing!

Hello, I just wanted to say how surprised I was to get my 30 lbs of dog food in two days... I was like wow... I didnt need to call customer service thus far and I am pleased with the quick turnaround for the order and I love the discount on autoships... Its awesome... I have been nothing short of impressed with the way chewy.com operates. I have ordered from them at least 5 times now, and have been using them more often now that I've switched my dogs to Orijen. They have very competitive prices and the free over $49 shipping is super fast. I did have a packaging issue with my most recent order. An item was crushed because it was, IMO, improperly packaged. I emailed chewy to let them know so hopefully things like this wont happen in the future and, after a short conversation with a customer service rep, got an email later that day showing they'd sent me the same product at no charge as recompense (a nearly $40 sacrifice on their part). I've never had a company go to such lengths without making a big fuss, and it really speaks volumes about Chewy and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them, and will refer friends and family from now on for all their pets needs!

I placed my first order with Chewy.com back in March and of course was a little cautious to order dog food online. Well I can tell you I would never go back to shopping in the store for my dogs again. I placed my order and received it within 3 days just as promised. The customer service rep was great! I have received two autoships since then and I couldn't be happier. Chewy.com is the cheapest for my very pricey dog food and are great about accepting coupons after the order has been recieved. One Very Happy Chewy.com Customer!!!
