I purchased insulin for my cat from Chewy. It was shipped incorrectly, spent way too long unrefrigerated and had to be disposed of upon finally arriving late. I am out over $120 US Dollars even though Chewy sent me an email saying they would make it right. That was not true. Avoid this vendor and find a local supplier, the few dollars saved are not worth this hassle or the lies.

I am a long time Chewy customer but service has significantly declined to what I’d call abysmal. I ordered some meds for my two dogs and asked Chewy to contact my vet which is recommended by Chewy. I didn’t hear anything about my order for almost 2 weeks. When I contacted Chewy they said they only had approval for one of the two dogs. I never was informed about this. Chewy sent a request to my vet again, who told me they never received the first one for that dog. The approval was sent and I again didn’t receive notification that the meds shipped. When I called, the customer service rep said she saw the approval in their system and didn’t know why their pharmacy didn’t see it. She transferred me to a pharmacy tech who rather rudely said both I and Chewy’s customer service rep didn’t know what we were talking about, they didn’t have the approval. When I insisted that they did, she went to talk to the pharmacist, and then came back to tell me I was correct, they did have the approval and were filling it that minute and immediately shipping the meds. It’s now more than 2 weeks later, and again I’ve heard nothing. No notification of shipment, no meds. My vet won’t approve a prescription to another pharmacy because she only can issue one for the same medicine. So my dog doesn’t have her meds and I’m dealing with a nightmare called Chewy. I won’t order another thing from this poor excuse for a customer serving company.

When I read about chewy I was excited...it came to canada and I decided I would try it...I order my animals food well in advance....I ordered in the 18th of January 2024....not only have I still not received my package- it hasn't even been shipped or processed....I ran out of food....AND have now been forced to order more from a different place...which puts me in a pretty crap situation - I budget myself accordingly. I'm disappointed, and let down...I have no faith in this company...ive received no apology nore any update. Boo chewy canada. You lost a bit of business

Service is awful they didn’t validate my promo code and they didn’t seem to cared

Entire order was a mess. Everything re-packaged loose and all over the place. All items returned... Chewy dragging it's heels on the refund... Beware of Chewy! Stay away at all costs!

I have used Chewy for a long time. Today I talked to a pharmacy assistant who tell me they don't carry the generic of Cerenia for dogs. They do say they can compound it in a liquid. The generic for Cernia was approved in April of 2023 and I have been getting it from another pharmacy and wanted to switch to Chewy. They just told me over and over they don't carry it online. I asked if it was because they made more money off the Cerenia. They just kept saying they weren't carrying it online. I'm so disappointed in this service. They have been my go-to for my dogs for at least 10 years. I'm upset about their greed.

VERY ANNOYING! I placed an Order 3 days ago, it would normally have been shipped already, I spoke with rep online and a rep over phone they are refusing to send my order because I used my husbands card. Who is currently travelling, lets be serious none of us have time to be CALLING THEM!!!!!!!! I have places numerous orders always using his card never had issues.!!!!!!!!!! I will be at Petco.com from now on

My order came reboxed by Fed ex...it was missing cans of dog food and my bag of dry dog food was split on the bottom and was all over the box... And from the looks of it a lot of it was missing I guess from the damage to the original box. So I emailed and let chewy know. But now I have to send back the less than half full bag and wait until they receive it to get my order replaced. So now I'm actually going to have to go out and get a different dog food (since I live in the boonies and I'm nowhere near anything that sells this) while I'm waiting on this replacement order that came damaged and missing items by no fault of my own. Kind of shocked by that. Very disappointed.
