Chewy is a company that cares. I've been a customer since they started. I've lost 2 pets in that time. Chewy has been kind enough to send me condolences on both dreadful occasions. Heartfelt... not some computer generated message.

I have been a Chewy customer for a few years. Today I received my order, which had been packed together in one cardboard box. A 25-lb. box was on top of 2 small boxes and a 7# bag of rather expensive dry small-animal food kibble; needless to say, the small boxes and bag of dry kibble on the bottom were crushed. I immediately phoned Chewy's customer service line and explained the problem. Replacements are on the way! Chewy's customer service is the best!!

Love Chewy! I switched all my pet supply needs from Amazon to chewy and never looked back. They're incredibly reliable with shipping. Usually get things to you within a day. (They also usually use FedEx which I find is very fast and reliable) They're membership plus option is a great deal and pays for itself with the discounts (cash back) over time. They also sent me flowers when my beloved cat of 15 years passed away - incredibly thoughtful. Love them!

We recently had to say goodbye to my wife’s service dog. She was a 14.75 year old Black German Shepherd. I had neglected to cancel and auto shipment of one of her arthritis medications. I called hoping I could cancel. The pharmacist was wonderful and said they could not cancel it; but she would issue a full refund. I was happy with that…..THEN today we received a wonderful bouquet of flowers from CHEWY!!!! Rarely have I been so surprised by a business and an online retailer. This small step they took, tells me they are REALLY pet people! They have earned my business for life.

Chewy is an amazing company. Their customer service is like no other. They just sent me a hand painted photo of my cat with a card wishing him a Happy Birthday. It brought tears to my eyes. I love their Hallowenn shop!
