Update. Chewy sent a replacement product very happy.

If you need a prescription - use the option of Chewy contacting your vet. Mailing prescription yourself - they require a paper original - will take much more time and efforts. Also check the prescription dosage - it what you ordered does not match, Chewy will cancel your order.

Always had a good experience with them.However, sometime I get another order instead of original.

Consistently great service and delivery speed. I love their social media marketing too, so friendly. Definitely prefer shopping here versus Amazon. Only wish their website was better designed with easier filters and ways to find things.

I spoke to a man named Michael who was absolutely wonderful when I addressed a big delivery problem which was most likely FedEx. He put in a new order for me and said if I get them both, just keep it for the inconvenience. Pleasant experience despite aggravation.

I have 18 feline fur babies and for that reason I've been a Chewy customer for a LONG time. Since the pandemic and the supply chain issues my local pet stores simply did not have the stock of food etc. for all of my "kids" but I could always count on Chewy to have the items that we needed. That being said I give them 5 stars for availability. So far my autoship items have arrived on time with no issues, 5 stars for that. The prescription area however is not good at all. There is no way for me to delete outdated prescriptions for the vet food we get..even the ones for fur babies that have passed away many years ago. Yes, I called customer service MANY times regarding this and yes the problem persists. Zero stars for that. I do not order any of their meds from the Chewy pharmacy. They are too important and I cannot take the chance on a screw up. I prefer instead to get the meds from our local compounding pharmacy because I can have human interaction directly, to resolve any issues. As far a shipping goes maybe a few times shipping was delayed but I always order well in advance to counter that problem. And quite frankly, anything I order online with other retailers is delayed by a few days. I have received damaged items due to poor packing. Chewy has always handled that properly and sent me replacements. 5 stars for that. So, the prices for food etc. has gone up dramatically, everywhere. I check the Chewy website frequently for specials as well as other pet stores for the best deals. Yes, sometimes Chewy's prices are the same as other pet stores but again, I have to feed 18 feline fur babies, so quantity becomes the issue, not price. However, no matter what monies are spent, I expect, and have so far received, great service from Chewy. Hopefully that won't change. If it does, I suppose I'll be writing a review to reflect that. Finally, I like the variety of brands they offer, as well as options for amounts such as can sizes and quantity. I even get my wildbird food from Chewy and have been very happy with that.
