I really like the auto ship feature never having to worry about dog food. The food selection is endless and cheaper than supermarket. I do however have issues when trying to stop products, it doesn’t allow more than one item. The prices on treats and toys are very high too.

I have been a customer of Chewy for years. I have purchased dog & cat food, treats, and medicine. When Paulie's diet changed, they did refund me the cost of food. Recently, I learned a large grocer's pharmacy (membership) was able to provide my dog's meds. Heartworm meds price didn't change much. The Flea & Tick meds did change a lot. Chewy never offered a six month supply. New pharmacy sold me a six supply without asking. Chewy is a good company when you don't know what you need or where to get it.

I spend about $200 a month at Chewy on dog and cat food and I'm very happy with their standard shopping experience. Everything comes on time and I've never once had a problem. Five stars. Chewy's pharmacy rates a 1. The approval process is slow and archaic and waiting 7-10 days for a necessary medication is ridiculous. My vet sent me a copy of what was sent to Chewy and Chewy claimed they didn't receive it. More than once. In the meantime, my cat suffers.

While I can appreciate their free shipping if I spend about over $50? I think they are clearly, "missing the boat" with coupons for first time users only - seldom for their steady, repeat customers. There is no question, that this will be one of their eventual, primary sources of failure as an online supplier. It's coming...

Products and prices are comparable, but their shipping and deliveries are inconsistent for subscribed pet supplies, like dog food. It ends up costing more because you have to go shop locally to fill the gaps. This makes it more expensive and takes out the convenience of home delivery.

My problem is with Fed Ex. They drop the packages every time. Cans of cat food break open, gravy all over. I had to rinse off every can. Lost 2 cans this time. Guess I'll be going back to buying from the local market again.

Never had an issue with Chewy til now. Had to call the number provided to confirm my billing address. The number provided is the wrong number, when i called some random man answered. I asked if it this was chewy.com he said "i dunno" i hung up after that...

Chewy has prices listed on Google that are very misleading. This is very deceptive to say the least..I went to use the price listed as a priceatch for local store and looked like a big fool when I was looking up on Google and they were on chewy site and prices were ten dollar difference or better..happen to be a judge and law firm attorney locally behind me in line and suggested I start a class action law suit or tort suit against the site..I've reached out to them numbers of times on all the discrepancy and one was as bad as 3.45 listed on a 30lbs bag of catfood meow mix brand which they did fix was liated on Google and as well as their site..when asked if they would honor that liated price of course said no but took weeks before correcting it..this is very rude of them to false advertise but the rep I asked about the situation to last said it's for new customer and so forth but not any of theyre reason is listed on Google advertised prices at all under shopping for pet foods ...note they are one of the several companies I've ru across doing the exact thing..and we wonder why this world is as it is today ..it s the people in it that make it this way...
