I rescue so I have many mouths to feed. After quite a bit of research, I was surprised by chewy.com's prices.For example, I'm now saving 20% on Wellness dry dog food & 14% on Hill's Prescription Diet cat food (which was easily ordered once they spoke with my vet, all taken care of by chewy. No involvement on my end aside from providing a #). On top of the savings, I no longer go to the pet supplies store and have to lug around 20+ lb bags & heavy flats of cans. Plus I have autoship so aside from a reminder email asking if I need to make any adjustments, I don't have to think about anything. Also, when the delivery came with a damaged can of cat food in a flat of 24, resulting in an insect infestation, I called customer service prepared with pictures and video. I explained the situation, and they sent another one which I received in 2 days. Zero questions and it was super simple. The only downside is that I didn't find chewy sooner! Would recommend to anyone with pets.

How shopping should be done. Would recommend to EVERYONE with pets. They have great prices, and and even better customer service that more companies should take note of. I buy everything from them and you just can't beat the free 2 day shipping right to your door. They really want you to feel satisfied with your order and that's why they get monthly business from me.

Can't say enough GREAT things about Chewy's superb level of customer service and willingness to give back to the pet-lover community. I received a partial wrong food order which was immediately corrected, and a shipment of the correct food sent out to me the same day. Most satisfying was that I was asked to donate the incorrect food shipment to an animal shelter and was not asked to return it back to Chewy. WOW! This company is a CLASS ACT!!!! :-). There are now several sheltered animals who will be able to eat premium grain free food which I'll wager isn't normally part of their diet. Kudos to Chewy!!!

I somehow signed up with a misspelled email (my fault of course..and I was concerned since I setup an autoship item) and I contacted customer service via e-mail and within a couple of hours they had responded and fixed the problem!! Companies with outstanding customer service such as Chewy.com rate SO high in my book. Thanks Chewy.com!

Prices beat the few local stores that carry the dog food we buy and shipping is awesome. Order one day and food usually arrives the next day or two.

Chewy.com is my FAVORITE website for pet items. Not only is it budget-safe, the staff is superb & knowledgeable! I have no complaints! My girl-friend wanted to exchange a dog collar she ordered, it was to small, ordered it under my account. We called chewy and explain the issue and they returned my money and even asked us to donate the collar! Even credit the shipping! How awesome! However! Yesterday there was a SLIGHT difference. I ordered a water filtered dispenser, a non skid food bowl and the filters needed for the water dispenser (also some teeth wipes!). Carelessly, I failed to read that the dispenser was NOT cordless- not what I was looking for. I contact them, wanted to know how I should go about returning the items- they refunded the money into my account and once AGAIN told me to donate it to a shelter! Is it just me here??? That's a phenomenal thing to do!!! Great company, they're so helpful- it's insane! Thank you Chewy! You have me for life!!

I like to feed my dogs good quality dry dog food. I also don't like driving to pet shop to just pickup a bag of dog food. I found Amazon is super convenient but pricey. When I came across Chewy, now I have reasonable too. I have auto-ship setup for every 6 weeks for dog food, treats and flea & tick treatment.
