Chewy.com is such a great company. I get my dog's food delivered to my door at a savings and I never have to worry about running out. I have dealt with them for over a year, and last week I was delivered the wrong brand of dog food and couldn't feed it to my dogs due to allergies. They sent me what I needed and told me to DONATE the bag they sent wrong to a local shelter or rescue. This is the kind of company I want to have my business as they have definitely earned it!

I couldn't find anywhere local to buy my specialty cat food for my little ones. I moved across town and the nearest store that I knew carried it was about an hour's drive away in the Seattle area. I love my cats, but the convenience of a local store is what I'm shooting for more than anything. Enter Chewy.com, where I was able to get EXACTLY what I always buy them, and even get a little more for the same price as going to the store. And being able to set up an auto ship so that I don't have to worry about when I head back, but to have it immediately? I love it! Even better - I just got my first order, and there was an issue with it. I called at about 7:15pm PST and I was expecting to get a phone tree or a computer recording. I was EXTRAORDINARILY surprised to get a REAL LIVE PERSON answering the phone. They didn't question my problem at all and sent me out the missing product IMMEDIATELY. Best customer service I've had in a LONG time. I look forward to years more business for them and my cats.

Wow! I am a happy dog mom! I only wish I started using Chewy.com sooner, I would have saved a lot of time and money. I don't have to drive to the store, find what I am looking for, take it out to the car, and carry it up a flight of stairs anymore! It was lightening fast and packed with care. I had two leaks in my order but a quick chat online with Noa in customer service and she took care of the problem immediately. I could not be more satisfied! This is my very first pet food order with any online site. I chose Chewy.com because of their 5 star customer service rating. I placed my order on Tuesday and the cat food was delivered on Wednesday! Ordered three cases of food and signed up for auto ship. Of course cats being who they are, turned their noses up at the brand of which I ordered the two cases. Got in contact with customer service, chatted with awesome Rudolph. Not only did he credit my account, he asked that I donate the cat food to a shelter instead of having to ship the food back. I am still sitting here in wonder. Seriously!! NO one can beat that service. I genuflect. I am now a Chewy.com loyal customer.

I had an autoship order that seemed to be held up for some reason. I thought I might be able to add something to it, since it hadn't shipped when scheduled. I called the customer service # and spoke to a very helpful representative (with a sexy English accent) who explained that they were in the process of transitioning to a new warehouse and had been experiencing some unfortunate delays. After apologizing for the inconvenience, he was able to ship the additional item I wanted and to make sure that my autoship order would go out immediately, which it has - I got a confirming email as soon as I got off the phone! He was also able to give me a partial credit on my autoship order, in case I had to go out and buy any of the items I might need that wouldn't arrive when expected because of the shipping delay. Not only are the Chewy.com prices the best for the items my cat needs regularly, their selection is impressive and comprehensive, and their customer service is completely off the scale. After my experience today, they have definitely earned a 100% 5-star +++++ rating.

I ordered 3 bags of dog food on Wednesday and shortly after was told it was already being shipped out. I couldn't believe it when I found all 3 bags of food on my door step the very next day. Also, they have great prices. The dog food I ordered would cost me 33 dollars more in the store plus the cost of gas getting to and from there. I basically got a buy 2 get 1 free deal but using this site instead of going to the local pet store. I highly recommend this website.

I was so amazed by the customer service at Chewy.com I had to review. We rescued an wonderful Boston Terrier 3 1/2 yrs ago. While getting her used to her new home and family we figured out that she had quite an extensive food allergy to most ingredients found in dog food. As we worked through her allergies that we found one type, Kangaroo and Red Lentil dry dog food that she loved and didn't upset her stomach. The one downside it was only available online. I found chewy.com and used them throughout the rest of our time with her. This past week our extraordinary dog passed away but when I called to return the dog food they not only refunded the money but chose to allow us to donate the food to a local shelter instead of sending it back to them. This is an incredible company and excellent customer service.
