I have been on autoship with Chewy for the past couple of years. For starters their prices are fair and products are delivered to my door like clockwork! This is only the beginning. Their customer service is astonishing. They have phoned me on a couple of occasions when they wanted to replace an item for an alternative in my autos-ship. I recently purchased a significant quantity of medication for my son's cat who was I'll... kitty passed away and when I contacted them about returning the items they requested that I donate the items! Astonishing! they were kind, sympathetic and I have never experienced such benevolence from a corporation. This must be their company policy and I just can't say enough about this organization. They are an example of how companies could/should operate. Congratulations Chewy, you've figured it out! I will ALWAYS shop with you. You guys are the best.

I had never purchased anything from Chewy before and the support reps walked me through the process and even took care of my shipping for being a 1st time customer. I will be buying from here moving forward!

We have been on auto-refill for quite some time with Chewy. We have always had great service. Yesterday we called to let them know that we had lost our 16 year old beagle, so they could take us off auto-refill. We had 3 cases of dog food left (not cheap). We asked if there was any way to return it, and pay a restocking fee. They asked us to donate the food to a local shelter, and then said they would credit our card back! This was so shocking my husband thought he had heard wrong! I am astounded that in today's world, a company would not only trust someone, but show such kindness. When we get another dog someday, I won't shop anywhere else!

I have been purchasing dog food and other pet supplies from Chewy for about two years. Customer service is top-notch and prices are amazing. They beat every other online retailer and brick and mortar store hands down. I received what may have been a bad bag of food as both my dogs had a bout with sickness. Chewy refunded the price promptly, no questions asked, and the representative expressed nothing but concern for my dogs. We are loyal and happy customers.

This has to be the most amazing company I have ever worked with! Includes every single other business I've bought from, pet supplies or not. I cannot express how much I love this company! They always have the products I need for the best prices. Its great to be able to do the autoship option with my dogs food, makes things so much easier. I wish they sold other things besides pet supplies, I would buy everything from them. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever dealt with. This is a very special company that deserves all its positive reviews. Don't waste your time w/other companies who are unreliable or more expensive.

This citronella collar works great to stop your dog from barking. If they bark indoors, it also makes the inside of your house smell wonderful.this is a harmless way to stop your dogs barking.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We ordered a pet fountain from Chewy.com to insure that our sick cat would drink more water, which was critical for his survival. However, our cat took a turn for the worse and we were forced to give him up the very day the fountain arrived in the mail. Chewy.com was incredibly gracious in refunding our money and asking us to donate the fountain to a charitable pet organization such as the ASPCA. I was astounded by this policy. In today's world of greed and profit, Chewy.com is to be applauded for their generosity in giving to support animal welfare. Such kindness is truly commendable!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel like this company merits it. I have a puppy and have been figuring out allergies and things he likes. He has a food intolerance and I had just purchased a HUGE back of 60$ food. The company agreed to reimburse me , make recommendation of a grain free food and shipped me another bad. They then advised me to donate the leftover food to an animal shelter. wooooow! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, the online customer rep . fixed it within minutes before it was shipped. Superb! They follow amazon's successful model very closely, it's essentially amazon store for your pets! HIGHLY recommend.
