We're fairly new to using Chewy.com, but I have literally never experienced such friendly, caring & professional customer service! I wish there was some sort of award I could nominate this company for! Today, our auto shipment of a 30 lb. bag of Castor & Pollux (not an inexpensive bag of food, btw) arrived with 2 small holes in the bag, & some of the food (not a lot) had spilled into the box. I called Chewy's customer service, and "Sam", a super sweet & friendly girl answered and couldn't have been more helpful and expedient--offering to replace the entire bag (shipping out tomorrow) at no charge! Now THAT'S how you do customer service--way to go, Chewy's! You've got a couple of permanent customers now in me & my husband! ;) We will tell everyone we know to buy their pet food & supplies from Chewy's!

I really would not shop anywhere else for pet products (unless they don't carry the things I want). They have the best attitude and customer service, and truly care about your shopping experience with them. I've been a very demanding customer and talked to the agents online quite a lot. Every time I walk away with total satisfaction. Their price is competitive and delivery is super fast.

I had a little mailing issue with a Chewy order and was so surprised by the quick resolution and the great attitude by the person I talked with. It was the opposite of what I expected...I had only used them a few times before, but now I am always buying my pet supplies through Chewy!!!

I have been fortunate in that I have never had to order prescription food before. Now my Lab has crystals in her urine, and I have to put her on Hills prescription diet. Getting on line and looking for the best price, I spotted Chewy. I never heard of Chewy before, so before me lay the dilemma. Does lower price mean bad products, lousy service and nasty personnel? The first time with a new company is always a leap of faith, but the reviews were excellent, so I took the leap. Words cannot express my amazement and joy over finding Chewy. This company really has its head in the game. There were a few problems with getting my Vet to release the prescription, and I needed the food right away. Their personnel were wonderful; they were patient, pleasant and helpful. They called me back to discuss the problem with my Vet. When all was finally set, I received the food in one day! Thank you Chewy!!!

I ordered a washable male wrap for my dog yesterday afternoon and i was amazed that it got to me within 24hrs! I'll definitely order again from chewy.com in the near future....i also like that they have a quick reorder section on their website so i was able to order the same wrap i ordered a couple months ago without searching for it....great website!! keep up the good work!

I placed an order on Chewy.com today for something I need in a jiffy. Since I was only charged $4.95 in shipping for this large item, I thought I was going to have to wait forever for it to arrive. I called their customer service line to find out about shipping times. First of all, a real (and polite) human being answered the phone right away. I was astonished when he told me my order would arrive in a day or so. Later that day, I found another item on their website that I wanted to order. (I'm currently caring for a gravely ill cat.) I called to see if it could ship with my existing order. Another friendly service rep, Courtney, told me the order from earlier that day had already shipped, but she would be happy to waive my shipping fee for the second item as a one time courtesy! I was speechless. Nobody else does this. I took her up on the offer. When I went to give her my credit card information, I didn't even have to open my purse, she already had it there on file. This is what customer service should look like. UPDATE 8/21/14: I want to stress again how amazing this company is. My cat passed away, so I no longer needed the supplement that had just arrived a week or so prior. The service rep said my full purchase price would be refunded immediately and told me I did not need to return the product, but encouraged me to donate it to an animal shelter. She also expressed sincere condolences. Yet again, I'm speechless.

I just love this company. I signed up for auto ship and it came quickly and without tax or shipping fee. Then another bag of dog food came before I was ready and I took it anyway. Then another bag came! I called them and they said "Just keep it. We'll not charge you!" Who ever does that? Then when another couple of bags came (and I'd cancelled auto ship) and I told UPS to take them back, Chewy didn't complain. Finally I called to get to the bottom of all the bags! And a very sweet and helpful guy figured out that I'd signed up a long time ago with a different email address! He straightened everything out, no questions asked. They are helpful, friendly, and customer oriented. I wish more companies were like this. On top of it all: they have the cheapest prices and quick (free) delivery!

They are incredible! My dog developed a pretty severe food allergy to food I bought through Chewy and I found this out at the Vet after I had just bought two more 15lb bags of the product. I couldn't continue feeding her food that was making her sick so I called customer service, explained the situation and asked if I could return the unopened bags. The customer service rep refunded me the cost of both bags and then instead of having me return the unused product he asked that I donate it to a local animal shelter or rescue. How special is that? I have nothing but good things to say about every interaction I have had with this company. They truly put dog & owner first and have one of the highest qualities of customer service that I have ever experienced!
