100% Satisfaction and they mean it. I purchased a watering fountain for our pet and was unhappy with the overall size. One 2 min phone call to Chewy return dept. and not only was refund issued they said they didn't even need the item returned and I could donate it. I was shell shocked. Chewy means what they say and have earned a loyal customer.

Not only did I get a great deal on cat food a few months ago. I was really impressed that they handwrote me a postcard thanking me for being a customer and inviting me to the "chewy family". Things like that go a long way and are much appreciated. I'll be shopping here from now on for any pet supplies.

Seriously, I am overwhelmed with joy right now. One of my cats is in need of a prescription diet now, so I found Chewy.com online. I accidentally ordered the wrong type of food, and they called me instantly, letting me know it was incorrect and walked me through the different options for my cat that the vet recommended, and fixed my order right there on the phone. Justin was SO knowledgeable about the products which was very impressive, on top of being extremely friendly, kind and helpful. My cat will be on this diet for the rest of his life and I am happy to have found Chewy.com to order from, always. The site is also easy to navigate, tons of options, tons of deals, and the orders ship out super fast. I am so pleased with this company and its staff. I accidentally ordered some Frontline that was at the wrong dosage for my 43-lb. dog. In addition, I didn't realize that we still had a good supply of Frontline in the correct dosage at home. Called Chewy.com to get a return authorization, only to be told that they would be refunding me for the item, and that I should just donate the Frontline to a local pet shelter/ rescue! Amazing!

I discovered Chewy just over a year ago. I was astonished at their low prices. I feed 5 indoor and 3 of 4 remaining outdoor ferals. Chewy prices are significantly below that of 2 large chain pet stores. There is a wonderful private store near me that has prices comparative to Chewy. But, Chewy often has sales on their already low prices. I stock up at those times. My first order was for 2 carriers that were too big for transporting cats to the vet. When I called their wonderful customer service, I was directed on how to return the items. I was emailed a return label which I adhered to the original packaging. Drove a mile to UPS and got it in the mail - return shipping paid by Chewy. When I place an order I receive an email confirmation immediately. Additionally, I often receive an email within hours or less after that - reading that my order has already shipped. Any purchase over $49 allows for free shipping. It is always sent at warp speed. Just be very careful - I often browse Chewy to see which of my products may be on sale. I get a tad excited and have become a bit of a Chewy impulse buyer - even though the food will be eaten or the litter used. It's quite an addicting site - but in a good way.

I never write reviews but I have to share my experience today. I have been ordering from Chewy for a while now and today was my first messed up order. They forgot my dog food and only sent the cat food. I expected to be on the line forever trying to get my order right but I was pleasantly surprised. It took them less than two minutes to place a replacement order for me. I have to say they have the most amazing customer service ever!

I just received my second holiday card from Chewy....HANDWRITTEN (trust, I've scrutinized this heck out of the cards due to disbelief)!!! Seems like one heck of a company that really cherishes it's customer base. I am a price comparison freak, and found Chewy to be above and beyond the most cost effective. Because of the low pricing, paired with free and FAST shipping (I always receive my order in 2 days), and this second handwritten holiday card....I am a Chewy.com believer!
