I buy my dogs food and joint supplements from here and I have never had a problem with them, awesome customer service, fast delivery, always on time and they call if anything different is added to my order to verify that I am the one th order it, now . If only they sold small animal supplies

I have used Chewy.com for over two years. I live in an urban location without a car, so the convenience of the delivery (free) of heavy items like cat food and cat litter is worth the price tag (fair market value). Service is fast. On two occasions I had minor problems with my order. Once a bag of litter came open inside the box, and another time I didn't receive notice of the shipment so was just inquiring about it. Both times I called to inquire and the response was over and above what I was expecting. Kind, friendly, and both orders were re-sent. In mid February I placed one of my regular orders - prescription cat food (a case of wet and bag of dry) and a couple of bags of cat litter. Shortly after receiving the order my kitty's health declined and I had her put to sleep. Since I had not yet opened any of the items I called to inquire about returning everything. The kind person on the phone asked me to wait just a minute. When he came back on the line he expressed his condolences and explained that the order had been reimbursed. When I asked about the logistics of returning the items he explained that it was not necessary and asked that I donate everything to a local animal shelter. Again, above and beyond expectations. Thank you Chewy for bringing such a human touch to your online company. ~KB

I found these guys through dogfoodadvisor.com I found out beneful had some issues with their food and had to find a new food for my yorkie. They sold exactly what I needed for a great price and I love that they will autoship to me over n over again, no more freaking out that I dont have food for max when I realize im out and its been a month now. I am now in search of a stroller and I go to this site because I love their 24/7 customer service they are always super friendly and really nice to talk to like Kevin for instance and I cant remember the other one but I was appreciative of him too. Keep up the great work you guys are great I wish i would have known about you sooner!! :)

Great great great customer service, I wish there were more companies like this! ! Let me start of by saying that I've been using chewy.com for my dog food needs since I got my puppy 10 months ago and have NEVER had a problem. I use autoship for the discounted price and my order is delivered each and every month this month however I received the wrong food (remember this is the first time I've ever had a problem) so I called customer service to report my problem and after apologizing the lady said they would ship my blue buffalo out first thing in the morning but since I live in Alabama it may take until Tuesday to arrive. I was worried about my baby girl running out of food before then so she told me that if this were to happen and I had to run out and buy some to get by on that chewy would be happy to reimburse me! Wow! ! And if that weren't enough. .. (I had previously mentioned to her that the bag of Taste of the Wild I received had a small rip in it and had spilt out into the shipping box) she told me that I could donate that bag to my local shelter if I wanted. .... I can't say enough great things about chewy. ..... this absolutely made my day! !

I have been getting Phycox for my 10+ yellow lab and saw just amazing results in just a few days. Running like a puppy again. Up and down the stairs! WOW! She recently had gotten a tumor on her leg which had spread so we had to put my best friend down, but I was truely amazed by Chewey.com, when I cx my auto delivery of Phycox. I received beautiful flowers for my loss. Not only is this most appreciated, that is customer service! Thank You!

It’s been almost a year since I started buying from Chewy.com. Each time I call I can hear a smile on the other end of the phone, each service rep has far exceeded any preconceived expectation. Reasons why I love them: 1- Shipments arrive next day! Really....i can't even get to the store that fast once i realize I'm almost out of food. 2- Free shipping. It's easy for me to spend $49 to get the free shipping. 3- Customer service is not just about making profits for the company. Customer service is there for 'the customer'. Many businesses have forgotten about their bread & butter. They have sat on the phone with me when i was considering changing foods...and, if my yorkie didn't like to food - i was able to receive credit - as long as i donated the food to a shelter. I would have done this anyway but getting credit for it...nice bonus. 4- Most import one to date.... i have been feeding my Yorkie Stella & Chewy's food. The last couple of orders took way too long for me to receive. I'm not going to lie...i was a little disappointed in Chewy’s. Well, a couple of weeks ago i received notification that Chewy's was not going to carry S&C's food any longer....what a bummer. My Yorkie loves it. I'm thinking, I need to find another source for S&C's. That was until yesterday. Why? At my door was a box from Chewy.com. i never placed an order - what is this? I opened it up to find a FREE small bag of Orijen freeze dried dog food & a letter from Chewy's president offering the Orijen as an option to try since they were not carrying S&C's any longer. I would have been happy with a sample package size.......WHO DOES THIS? So far this company never ceases to amaze me.... They have been extremely loyal to me and for that I will remain a loyal customer. Never turning away. Thank you Chewy's.
