I have been ordering dog food for my dog from chewy.com for 3 years and have had just excellent service. I have never had to wait longer than 1 or 2 rings for someone to answer and they always have the special hypoallergenic dog food available and for the best price. When my dog died last week, I called to ask what I should do with the just delivered food and they said not to return it, they instead would refund me for the food and told me to donate it. Then yesterday, a beautiful bouquet arrived from them with their condolences. What a wonderful company, I just can't say enough good things about them.

I recently decided to switch him from Halo to Royal Canine (breed specific) puppy kibble and with Chewy's 100% money back guarantee- no hassle- great customer service, I was able to do so, no problem! They refunded me for the extra bags of Halo that I hadn't used yet, no questions asked. They even asked me to donate them to a local shelter, instead of shipping the bags back to them. I have purchased many items from chewy.com. I have had a couple of issues (both times my own fault), and their customer service is FABULOUS!
