First, their service is amazing. I ordered dog food yesterday and got it today! I ordered 24 cans of dog food and some of the cans were dented. I emailed customer service and got back an answer from "Harley" within 5 minutes. That in itself is truly amazing. He put in another order for me at no charge and no return of the dented cans. Truly great customer service - a lot of companies could take lessons from these people.

I've never encountered online customer service representatives where literally the customer is always right. They really value their customers for the long term and it is greatly appreciated. They also have a sincere love of animals and if something is not right instead of sending it back, they ask you donate it to a local shelter. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.

Took about 5 seconds to get a refund on an order of expensive food, instead of sending it back they asked me to donate it to a shelter. Great Company!

I can't express how much I love Chewy.com! I get autoshipments from them every few weeks for my dog and cat food, which saves me time, money, and a little sanity because I don't have to go to the store for food anymore (or remember that we're low or risk running out). I also can't say enough for their selection and prices. I have a dog that is basically allergic to life, including all the fillers they normally use in dry dog food, even the limited ingredient diets, and Chewy carries so many different foods that I was able to find multiple foods she could eat without breaking the bank. Their customer service is unparalleled, too. I've never been put on hold, all of my questions are answered within minutes, and the staff is so helpful. Every now and then they even send me a handwritten postcard to say they hope we and the furkids are doing well! They've exceeded my expectations again this week by helping me on two different occasions with questions about my two separate autoships (3 dogs and a cat that eat different foods: timing gets complicated) and when I received my order from this week they included split elk bones at no cost! My dogs are happily chewing away on them right now and I was so impressed I had to write this. Thank you for everything you do Chewy! I recommend you guys to everyone!

I love buying from this site! Getting food is expensive, but it's so much cheaper from this site than any other site I've found, and much less expensive than the local pet stores. Not only is the pricing on the food great, but when I'm buying one big bag, I can buy a small toy to bump the total up to qualify for free shipping! The shipping is always fast and every time I've purchased anything from the site, everything has gone perfectly! I highly recommend this site to anyone!

I accidentally ordered the wrong diabetic dog food. When I called to ask if I could return it, they said no problem. The best pat though is when I asked the address to return it. They asked me if I felt ok donating the food to a local animal shelter!! I about fell out of my seat!! What an awesome company for doing this. And the representative I spoke with could not have been kinder. I was so upset when I realized I screwed up and they totally made my day! AAA+ in my book!

"I ordered KD Science Diet for my sick kitty. Unfortunately, by the time the food came to me my baby had passed away. I explained to them the situation and asked them what the procedure was to return the product to them. I got an email back to them saying "to send any leftover food to a shelter and that they were refunding my money in full" I have to add that this was a substantial refund-not just $20 or so.... uuuuuuh how many companies do this? THIS is the way to keep a customer and because of this I will be a loyal customer for life. I sent the email to my friends and family with pets-I hope they use this company to do business with. I am asking you, the consumer, to hear my story and support companies like this that really do care. Chewy didn't ask me to write this review... this act of kindness was totally unexpected. But, above all, the customer service is superior to any other company that I have ordered from in the past. They're super friendly and helpful on the phone and it was a pleasure to speak with them.
