Found this site completely by accident and I am SO glad that I did. The prices are unbeatable and the customer service reps actually want to assist you which is hard to find with many companies these days. I will reccomend them to anyone and everyone for the rest of time!

Unbeatable customer service. A product arrived damaged and with in half an hour a replacement product was mailed out.

This was a perfect transaction. The staff was very friendly and totally professional. This doesn't even take into account their extremely low prices. It has always bothered me to pay the prices that the other 2 retailers charge for high quality pet food. 20% less really helps.

I am a proud owner of a year old cat named "Pilot" and in love with chewy.com! And this is why I like them so much: Prices are unbeatable on their site compared to Petco and any other company. Additionally to that, the customer service is great. You can get it online or call them and all the questions you might have (even the silly ones) are going to be answered. People leave reviews about the items sold on the chewy.com and they are very accurate too. This helped me to not only get a right product for my cat but also try new things without being afraid if it would work or not. I order almost everything for my pet from them and I'm not afraid to try it if needed. My cat is healthier than ever - due to BLUE BUFFALO dry food products that are pesticide free and all about wellness. I also have switched him to Dr. Elsey's Precious cat litter. Compared to all the sides on the net they are the best!!!!

Excellent company for buying pet food. Prices were reasonable, shipping was fast, good variety of products, and staff was very friendly. No complaints at all. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The day after my order from chewy.com for prescription dog food shipped we learned that our dog's illness had progressed and we would lose him. It was an extremely difficult time. I called the company and asked if I could return the food. Not only did they give me the money back, they asked that I donate the food to a local shelter. What a wonderful company, I was in tears. This is how a company should be run.

So I ordered this dog bag for my brother's pup on Chewy.com and it ended up being way too big. I call the company back to return it and they immediately refunded my money and informed me that we didn't have to mail it back but to just DONATE the bag to the nearest animal shelter. One of the coolest things ever! Way to pay it forward. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again!!!
