The delivery took way too long. I asked for the package to be delivered to my door. The package kept coming but the delivery never arrived at my door. If I knew there would be a signature required I would have just not bothered ordering online as I am not home during typical delivery schedules. Eventually they did deliver and left at my door. I ordered several flavors from a company my cats love. Sort of as a "restock in bulk" mindset. Well, I will never orde4 from them again. Here's why: My cats will not even touch the food. At all. How is this possible 😳 I have no idea. I go to the grocery store and get the same food, they eat it. I go through 5 boxes of different flavors of cat food and they don't like any of it? I think something odd is up - whether they get expired food from 2015 or something I don't know...But I will Never ever order from this company again. It was such a huge waste of money as all and I mean, ALL of the food has gone to the garbage. I considered asking for a refund or proof of the quality and expiration dates for the food, but decided to just take the lesson. My cats deserve better than this and so do I. Thank you but NO thank you!

Today was my last order with chewy I have been with them for more than 5 years. However today they messed up my auto shipping and charged me for shipping their ad say free shipping. The person I spoke to was not as kind seem they just wanted to be done with the call I did not h come upset. My order was late to begin with and there were multiple excuses I am so disappointed

I was on auto ship with Chewy. I used their services for two years and never had any issues. Recently I canceled an auto ship order before it was shipped, yet they charged my account and sent the order after it was canceled. Now I have to pay for shipping to return it so I may as well keep it. After the experience I recently went through, I started looking into other options for getting my dogs food. There are less expensive options out there, you just have to look for them. Customer service is a thing of the past apparently.

They were good once. Took a downhill turn. They seem to have good and bad cycles. Once again I have to drive to Petsmart to get food for my dog. Last order came last Sunday. Every seven days means every seven days. Not when they want to deliver. A chat with customer service did nothing. Canceling my device after this order (they already charged my card). I’ll drive to Petsmart once a week if I’m going to have to do it anyways. Asked to speak to a supervisor but got the run around. Got too big for their britches.

If I could rate no stars I would, placed order was a week over due, I had a live chat with Chewy, they told me that they had no information on my order. 3 days later I called and spoke to CS rep was told they would resend my entire order, now order a week late. did another live chat, not much help other than they will resend my order. Customer service has gone down hill with Chewy, After I receive my large order that I have already paid for I am going to cancel Chewy and try PetSmart or PetCo.

Chewy offered a $30 gift card with a $100 purchase, but after I placed my order I was told that it didn't qualify because I purchased excluded items. I'll stick with Petsmart.

Supplier did not honor there promotion. I called to question it. I was told that there promotion had expired when it didn't as it was displayed all over their website when I made the purchase. This will be the last time I purchase from them. At least Petsmart honors a competitor price, so I will go there instead.

I placed my second order with chewy and after i paid and got a receipt i received an email stating that i could not get my item until i called first. So i called and they required me to give them all my personal info over the phone to "verify" my purchase. Super shady and i not only cancelled my order bit will not shop here again. Way to repel customers chewy!
