I don't ever write reviews but felt compelled to do so for the incredibly high level of customer service I just received from Chewy.com. Talked with two different reps, and both were TOP notch. Their prices and product selection are great too!

Chewy is the BEST by far. Excellent customer service with well spoken and knowledgeable staff. They always give friendly service, every, and I mean every time you call. We LOVE CHEWY!!!!

I would like to write Chewy.com a love letter. They almost anticipate my needs. It seems that no sooner do I place an order like magic it is sitting on my door step. Well maybe it is not quite that fast. It is this fast....I placed an order yesterday afternoon and it was delivered this morning. Wow! 😻❤️

Not only does Chewy have most everything I need to ensure the health and happiness of my dogs, their customer service might be some of the best I have ever received! I live in a big city and not having to lug a 50-lb bag of dog food multiple blocks makes things so much easier because Chewy delivers it right to my door. When I ordered a harness that was too big for my puppy, instead of having me send the larger one back they sent me the right size - at no cost! I am continuously in awe of the quick service and helpful community that Chewy.com is and I am so happy I have found them for all my dog necessities!

Like few other people here I never leave reviews. But Chewy did something that makes me do it. I ordered 9 different dog foods. I received only 1 of them and checked the website where it showed that the whole order (9 items) got delivered. I called Chewy and a very nice and polite man rechecked the delivery status for me and informed me that they are resending the 8 missing items. Two days later 8 missing items arrived. And three days later the 8 missing items were delivered again. So I called Chewy to pay for the second batch of 8 items. A very nice woman told me that they were for free and I should treat them as a holiday treat! These 8 items were around $200. This is truly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy.com is AMAZING. My boyfriend ordered a dog crate, bed, and toys from them for the first time a few months ago. The shipping was so incredibly fast, we hadn't even officially adopted our dog yet! It was so wonderful to bring her home to her stuff already set up. My boyfriend had said how great the customer service was, but having not dealt with them myself, I didn't realize to what length their customer service goes to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered a 26-lb bag of dog food and a toy for our dog a couple weeks ago, and as soon as I placed the order (at 5:00pm PST, by the way), a rep from Chewy.com called me to ensure they had the addresses correct and let me know it would be packaged and sent out the next day. Sure enough, TWO DAYS LATER, the food arrived and the toy. I was amazed at how quickly it had come and that their customer service had really delivered on their promise. I will absolutely, without a doubt, be ordering any and all toys, food, and supplies for our pup from Chewy.com. They earned a loyal customer, and I will definitely refer all my friends here!!

I recently placed an order through Chewy.com. My order consisted of a pet gate, dog bone, and Bitter Apple spray for my new puppy. I love my purchases, except the gate wasn't wide enough for my hallway, unfortunately. I gave Chewy a call to make a return and they happily refunded my money and informed me they would not be providing me with a return shipping label. Instead, they politely asked if I would donate the pet gate to a local shelter. This brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart! No other company would be as selfless as this. I will definitely be ordering from them from now on.
