Chewy is a great place to order for your pets and their customer service is unlike any other companies. They are available 24/7 whether you call in or chat live. Each person I have spoken to is just as nice as the one before. Products have been great. I recently purchased a cat climber. I haven't received it, but the reviews I read were great and the price was far better than anywhere else.

I have recently started using this company and I feel like I am doing business With my close family members. Twice I had problems that weren't Chewy.com's fault but they handled them beautifully. For example I bought a case of canned food for my dog. She liked it at first but then she Decided she didn't like it anymore. I called Chewy.com and asked them if I could return them, they asked how many cans I had left, I said 5, they refunded me and asked me to donate the food to a shelter!!!!!!! Honestly, Chewy.com was one of the best website I encountered. This website has a lot of items that were much cheaper comparing to petsmart, petco, and other pet companies. They have autoship that gives you a discount on items you purchased. Even though its not a big discount, but its still something. Raising a pet is not cheap but some discount is better than nothing. There customer service is great. They are always willing to help you and decide what you should do next. I recently just purchased a big bag of food for my dog and the bag happened to be ripped. The representative agent said they will send me a new one and to donate the bag that was broken to a shelter. It was such a relief that I can get a new bag of food because the bag of food was expensive. No other pet companies would offer you a new bag of food or new items if it was damaged. Usually, they would tell you to return it and refund you back your money which is a hassle. So, thank you chewy for helping the customers. We appreciate it!

I placed my first order with Chewy.com on Tuesday, it arrived today Thursday (Dec 24th!!), just as advertised. Everything in the order was correct. In my order were 2 stainless steel no-tip bowls in 16oz. When they arrived I discovered were way to small for my GS mix. I immediately called CS at Chewy.com thinking I would have to pay to ship them back and order the proper size. Not only did the CS rep help me order the proper size bowls, in the spirit of the holidays he comp'd the shipping on the new bowls AND then told me not to worry about returning the 2 too small bowls, suggesting that I could give them to a friend or donate them to a local shelter or pet rescue. Which saved me the cost of shipping them back, when it was my mistake! I'm a small business owner and this is exactly how I would like my own employees to provide customer service. Ordered the wrong food. Called Chewy.com. They told me to "donate the food to a local shelter" and helped me order the right thing. Wonderful conversation with a great lady. Truly a pleasure. VERY impressed with this company. Will order from them again for sure! Haven't had that kind of excellent service in YEARS! Way to go Chewy.com!

This is a great company. We one time messed up the order and we asked if we can return it, and they refunded us no problem. Their site is easy to use. Shipps super super fast like I think two days. Plus they wrote us a handwritten card! What company does that!

I wanted to order a new dog food and some treats for my diabetic dog, though had some questions. I called and was amazed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the customer service representative. Through my not being clear, one item was not ordered. Chewy.com was able to add it to my order and did not charge extra shipping. It turns out they forgot to put the order in and when I wrote asking when it would arrive, they were so gracious, apologized and remedied the situation. I will be back!
