I run a small retriever training kennel and order 6-8 bags of pro plan a month, I've saved at least 5 bucks a bag plus it's delivered to my kennel even when I'm out training. I've recommended chewy to my customers and have gotten very good feed back from them. I've been using chewy for over a year and have had no issues. The search for a top notch food supplier is over!

Chewy is BY FAR are THE BEST online place to buy food for your furry friends. We have 4 rescued cats and 2 dogs and we have been using their service for a year now and all we I can say is WOW,!!! If you ever see some negative feedback for Chewy - SIMPLY IGNORE IT ( most probably it was left by their competitors!) Try them at least once and we assure you will fall in love with their service and prices. Also their Humane Factor is 10 STARS as well - it's really important to buy from a company who really cares for animals.

I went to order cat food online from my usual place, but that store was out of stock. After some searching and reading reviews, I decided to give Chewy.com a try. I am so glad I did! I placed my first order with Chewy on Thursday around 2pm, and received my order on Friday - the next day. Talk about fantastic service. I am very impressed with the quick delivery - they stated 1-2 day delivery, and they stuck to it. I was also impressed with the way the order was packed - I ordered 3 cases of canned cat food, and each case had a Chewy top box lid placed over the plastic covered cans to protect them during shipping. What a wonderful idea - no more dents!! I can't remember the last time I got canned food in the mail that wasn't dented. Way to go Chewy!! You will now be my go to ordering site for cat supplies. Thank you for the great service! PS: Site is easy to navigate as well - ordering was a breeze.

I was recommended by my deer friend and breeder to try Chewy.com, so my husband and I did. It was a smooth process and leery of Autoship, we figured we would try that, too. We loved it, ans sadly we had to cancel our service because of our 6 month old puppy being mauled to death by a neighbor's dogs. Chewy.com, has helped out and painless process of cancelation of our orders. They have even sent us a condolences card and flowers! Thank you for your service and excellent customer service! I cannot say enough about how great this company is. I am so glad I discovered this site, not only do they have great options across all things required for your animals, the prices are great, the delivery so quick and the staff so helpful - but the thing that stood out was this............... I required specific cat dried food - Chewy made contact with my vet to confirm, and then I set up auto order. Alas the food didn't work out for my cat and the next auto order had started to ship. When I spoke with Chewy, they understood and were fantastic, they said they would credit back my credit card which they did AND they said no need to return the food ( which I had arranged to) but instead give it to an animal shelter for cats with those dietary needs. This is so impressive!! This company deserves top ratings on ALL levels.

I was on a subscription for dog food with Chewy.com. The process was easy, deliveries were on time, prices were competitive. I received a hand signed Xmas card during the holidays. Not sure if that works for most people but that personal touch of detail strikes a cord and makes me a loyal customer. I put my dog down yesterday - the same day I received my usual delivery. I asked to return for credit since it was unopened. They not only refunded my money but asked for me to just give the food to a shelter. Man you guys have me for life! - well when I have another doggy. Thank you so much for a great customer experience! - Oliver

I came across Chewy.com and ordered a few items. The selections they have are plentiful, my 2 Papillon girls and 2 cats LOVE all the products. This company has fantastic customer service. I even added my mom to the auto ship. We both get our orders. She loves it as well. I will always be with this company. The time and expense of having to go and find all these choices, plus put up with crowds, wear n tear on my vehicle. Now, I get the auto ship and what a blessing for this busy furry friend mom. I order from chewy every month because of free shipping and discounts for re ordering. I ordered a bag of dog food this month and the FedEx delivery personnel "gave the package to me" even though I was at work at the time of deliver. So I called FedEx and it took 5 days for them to do a trace and they never called me back like they were supposed to so after 20 minutes of being on hold they pretty much said they couldn't do anything, so I called chewy's customer service line and then immediately sent me replacement food for free and they are going to take care of fedex for me. I am so thrilled and I will definitely be a lifetime customer.
