Best customer service of any online (or bricks & mortar) retailer I've dealt with. Truly outstanding, and in difficult situations, such as when I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Every encounter with them has been outstanding.

I seriously cannot get over how awesome this company is. My orders ship same day, they have amazing prices and their customer service is impeccable. I do not typically rave about businesses but after getting off the phone with customer service last night and getting a hassle free refund from a sweet lady who suggested I offer my cats unused food to a shelter I just have to tell anyone with pets about this website. They're the best.

I placed a large order from Chewy.com a few days ago. It arrived to me sooner than expected. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of my bags of cat litter had busted and the pellets were everywhere. I realize Chewy was probably not at fault for this. It could have, and probably did, happen in transit. I still called to let them know because the litter is $10 a pack! The guy who answered my call was wonderful. Without hesitation, he let me know that he would get another bag sent to me right away. He went as far as to have a conversation with me about my cat and pleasantly wished me a great day. I have never had that kind of experience when calling about a problem with an order. Oh, and I should mention that the products I bought from Chewy.com were WAY cheaper than those I have found elsewhere. I will be a continuing customer!

Because of new regulation, they can't ship dog food with kangaroo meat to California anymore. They called me and switched my autoship to another product. The process was done so quick and simple. Great customer service!

So happy we found Chewy.com. We have a Yorkie and a French Bulldog that love Eukaneuba Puppy Chiot Small Breed Dog Food. None of the pet stores in our area (So-Cal) carried that kind in a large bag. Only 15 lb bags. We were buying the bags weekly for $15. We found a 40 LB bag on the site and got an amazing deal for only $44! That's right $44! The cashier at Petsmart couldn't believe it either! I've been ordering from chewy for almost a year now, and their service has been outstanding. They even sent my cat a handwritten Christmas card. This week, I opened my order and it was the wrong type of food. I called Chewy and they were very apologetic about it. They are sending me a new box of food at no charge. Instead of asking me to send the food back, Chewy told me to donate the food so I did not have to go through the hassle of returning it. I am very impressed by them.

After years of searching for healthy treats that my dogs would eat regularly, I finally found them! However, after the first time purchasing them from a big chain pet store (they were on a two for one sale) the only place I could find them was Amazon. The treats were pricey so I ran a quick search for them and found Chewy.com. Not only were the same treats roughly half the price, but the auto ship option was a wonderful addition. The service I have received since finding this fantastic company has been stellar. I've since added one more fur baby to the family and getting an immediate shipment after I've been too generous is as easy as a two minute phone call to one of their very nice customer service reps. They don't try to sell me anything else and all I have to do is give them my name and that I have a pending auto ship. I get the email notification within seconds of the request and my furry friends are happily munching their treats a couple days later. I can't give Chewy the amount of positive feedback they deserve because it just wouldn't fit on the page!! Zero problems, little wait on shipping, great prices and amazing customer service. Chewy.com is wonderful - they have a great variety of products, and they have great sales and their autoship option is really convenient. What impressed me most of all is their generosity. My pet passed away prior to his next autoship order arriving. I initiated a return, and explained what happened. The customer service rep expressed his sympathy, and told me that they would process my refund, and that there was no need to return the items, that, if I wished, I could donate them to a local shelter. They truly understand what it is to own a pet. I'll be donating the items to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. I would definitely recommend Chewy.com.
