This is the best company, hands down, to order online for your pet. We have had TONS of orders from them that arrive within 1-2 days max, and they are always correct. We had an issue with a recent order (showed it was delivered to our house, but nothing was there) and the person I talked to on the phone immediately said he was sending out a replacement shipment for us to have it there by next day. I asked what would happen if we for some reason found out it was at a neighbors, etc. and if I could cancel / ship the extra order back - instead he said to take it to a local shelter and donate if that happens. What an awesome company and one who knows how to keep their customers happy!

After FedEx delivered our package to the wrong address, I shortly contacted Chewy and let them know that no package had arrived. They apologized for any inconvenience and instantly shipped out new food at no charge (my auto order cost over $100). The package arrived the next day by 9am! Great company.

They answered the phone on the first ring! I talked to a LIVE person! I am on their autoship program and had an item delivered that wasn't working for me. I called to ask how to return the item. They said they didn't want me to be to go thru the hassle of returning the item - just donate it to a shelter and they would credit my card for the amount. Look's like Friendswood Animal Shelter is going to get some goodies!! Unheard of in today's world!!!! They have a customer for life!

Although I am on auto ship sometimes my pets needs don't match up to shipment dates. Ever single time that I have had to change my ship date, my order is always on my front porch within 2 days! Best customer service ever. Thanks CHEWY!

On Monday, I called Chewy for assistance in ordering a product. I told them that I recently lost my little girl Ebbie and the customer service rep was very supportive and offered sympathy which made me feel very good. On Tuesday not only did I receive the item that I had ordered on Monday, I also received a beautiful floral arrangement Chewy sent me for the loss of my dog Ebbie. I am overcome with tears both of sadness over losing Ebbie & joy at the kindness shown to me by Chewy. This company has shown me that not only do they have great prices and fantastic shipping, they have people that work there that CARE about their customers. I never had a company that I've done business with think so much of me that they would send me flowers. CHEWY - you guys rock!!!

I've been ordering from chewy.com for two months now and couldn't be happier! The service is fantastic, fast shipping, and super easy returns...they request you to donate most returns and the ones you actually have to return they reship or refund as soon as they get confirmation the package has been picked up.

First of all, I had been looking for dog houses everywhere and they were prohibitively expensive at all of the retail stores and standard online outlets. I was able to get three dog houses for the price of one at a retail store, and free shipping on top of it. Two of the dog houses arrives within 3 days on a 5-7 day window, the other one got lost in transit by FedEx. When I emailed Chewy.com after hours to report the loss, they immediately shipped out a new dog house within a couple hours of my initial email. I would highly recommend Chewy.com to anyone looking for a great pet supply store with fantastic customer service.

I've been ordering my pet supplies through Chewy for the past 6 months. My most recent order was stolen from my building. I called Chewy to place a replacement order for the one that was stolen and they ended up sending me all my items free of charge! However, my original box showed up at my doorstep the other night (it had already been opened), so I called Chewy again to try and cancel the order or find a way to ship it back to them. They told me they would rather that I donate the extra product to a local animal shelter instead. Wonderful company with wonderful values and customer service.
