The service was prompt and efficient. However, in my order (PO 67893-1)many of the cans (BB Beef diner 12/12 ox) in two of the three cases were dented as though they were roughly handled somewhere between the cannery and final delivery. Still the items were useable, but a reliable market would probably have put the dented cans in a mark down section for quick sale. Overall, we were was pleased with the order; so was Desiree, our year old standard poodle.

I appreciated the courtesy and competency of the person taking the order over the phone. We received a discount on the product we ordered and it was delivered promptly.

Very happy with Mr. Chewy, except I can buy the same dog food here at home for about $10.00 less.

I saved money and received my order very promptly. I expected some cans to be damaged or dented, but not so. Was also concerned that goods would arrive w/soon to expire dates, but not so. I will order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone to save $.
