very good experience if you receive the full package
i ordered canned food and litter for my cats and was very happy with the price. The food and litter were shipped in separate packages and i only received the food, but never received the litter. Fedex claimed it's delivered to my door, but I didn't see any package. I don't know what happened to it, but I know it's lost. It's definitely not a good online shopping experience.
